The Bulletproof Dancer Arvostelua 

I have spent 2 years with Bulletproof and the way in which I have been supported from a graduate dancer who had never entered a gym to professional dancer confidently consistent in the gym is amazing. I really can't fault the way the program is structured and then the options beyond that. My strength has improved leaps and bounds and it has helped me to be a stronger dancer in ways I didn't think possible. I've navigated injuries, changes in lifestyle and more with the support of the team.

Bulletproof has been the best thing that could have happened to me as a dancer. I was at a point where I had been struggling so much with my hypermobility and injury that I really felt like I might have to give up. However, after working with Aoibhínn for a year and the bulletproof team, I have booked my first job and haven’t had to sit out injured for a year now! I cannot recommend this enough, I have never felt so strong and confident, it really is the best self investment I have ever made and I am so grateful for everything bulletproof has done for me💓

The Bulletproof programme was amazing for me at keeping me motivated and accountable at a time where I was going through lots of changes in my life ! If you struggle with structuring life between/before contracts, it’s absolutely incredible at giving you the support you need. I thought I knew quite a lot about the gym/exercise, but I learnt so much, and learning more about how to supplement my fitness journey with more planned-out meals was so useful 💪🏼 my coach Aiobhinn was so lovely, accommodating and quick to reply… I do feel that it’s quite an expensive program, but worth it to have that kind of support if you need it!!

i had a great experience being coached by aohibínn, she’s super sweet and very clear when giving corrections. i had no idea how to train at the gym before and here i not only learned how to do it but also started to enjoy it. doing the program improved my consistency, stamina, strength and mental health so much. i loved making it part of my journey!! strongly recommend it 🩷

i started with bulletproof 9 months ago and i’m just now finishing up my time with the program! at the beginning, i wasn’t sure how it was going to work, since the coaches are based in the UK and i’m in America, but i also knew i needed the coaching. so i took a chance and i’m SO glad i did!! thalia was quick to respond, had great feedback on sessions, and was always up for a call! This is the most perfect programme for any dancer out there. My amazing coach (Taylor) at Bulletproof has not only allowed me to improve my dancing but also my confidence. Before starting Bulletproof I struggled to even make it through the first round of an audition. Less than 6 months of training with Bulletproof and I have managed to make it to the end of multiple auditions as well and get on the books for multiple cruise lines. Taylor is always on hand to help me with whatever i need whether it’s help with my nutrition, training plan or just how i’m feeling that day she is honestly the best! I couldn’t recommend this programme enough it’s the best thing i’ve ever done 🫶

The Bulletproof Dancer is fantastic! As a dancer previously rarely went to the gym (and when I went didn’t know what I was doing), the programme was completely transformative. I completed the initial programme whilst onboard a ship and felt so much stronger doing the shows. Whilst at home in between contract I’ve loved repeating the programme to keep me in great shape whilst auditioning. Thalia and Taylor were amazing and were always there for support and to answer questions.

The Bulletproof program was so beneficial for my relationship with exercise, diet and wellbeing in the performing world. I now have a much greater understanding of how I can prepare and maintain my body to the standards of our industry. Lee as a mentor was flexible yet held me accountable.
