Ordered a dress over 2 months ago. They charged me immediately. Not only do I not have a dress, it is impossible to contact them and receive credible information about the order. Lesson learned I guess. Certainly know better now. Sadly this isn't the only scam site out there.

I ordered a dress March 24, 2026. Still have not received the dress. Tried to contact the website and it is BLOCKED!!!!!!!. Another $49.95 LOST to SCAMS. I have an order confirmation number and cannot contact the company. WHAT A SHAME. I will never order from this company again and will post this on Facebook also that this company is a SCAM!!!!!!!!

Made a purchase on 3/24/2026. Still have not received the products. Cannot contact them, I did send them an email and I did hear back that it would another 2-3 weeks for the shipment to go out. We are at the end of May now and still nothing.

Ordered 4 dresses on March 27th for Mother’s Day for mother and 3 adult daughters. It is now May 23rd and we still have no dresses. Emails keep making excuses and we doubt at this point we will ever receive our order. 7-12 days is completely false. Very frustrating and disappointing. Don’t order from here if you actually want to receive your order.

Ordered a dress in March for a cruise I was going on the last week of April. I am back from the cruise and still have not received the order. Tracking has not moved. I asked to have them credit me and they said "no" Because as soon as an order is confirmed, it is automatically forwarded to our fulfillment system for processing. Because your order has already entered this stage, it is unfortunately no longer possible for us to stop or cancel it.

DO NOT deal with this customer.

I bought quite a few items from this site and the quality was not what was advertised. First , it took over 2-4 weeks to receive the items ordered and every item irdered was of very cheap sub- par materials much like you would get from China! Also the sizes were not American sizes for very small framed people. This company was very difficult to contact for returns if at all!! I finally gave up and donated the items to Goidwill! BUYER BEWARE!!

I placed an order on 3/24/26 and still have not received it as of 4/24/26. No response from company with efforts to contact them. I will have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Tried for over a week to get information on returning an item. No reply! The last email I sent came back as undeliverable, stating the email account does not exist. So they obviously have shut down, and I’m out $65! 🤬

Horrible experience. Scam artists. They set up a nice website to convey professionalism and quality products. It is a fake. Products are lower quality. And don't fit right. And they are just order takers in a digital world.

I bought a dress for my wife in Small. And the Small was very large. We do not want it. They said to send another $10.99 to cover postage and they will send me another one. Small is the smallest size and they do not have XS Petite, so what they were offering in incoherent.

I just told them to send me a refund and now they have gone dark. They are not responding to emails or helping to solve the problem.

I have a number of emails to explain things clearly and they ignore the emails. Customer service is poor. Once they get the money they are done.

This is a Facebook scam with one or two people over in China working the system by taking people's money and not responding like any retailer would.

Stay away from them - digital tricksters and fraudsters hiding behind the internet.
