After a not-at-fault accident Claimsline handled everything I could need to ensure that the overall impact was minimal, including having the hire car delivered to my house. I was kept well informed during the process and any questions I had were handled well. Given that any accident is a bad experience they managed to minimise the issues and make it as easy as possible.

Hayden reached out to me after the person at fault in the accident had contacted them. He was friendly, empathetic and efficient. By the next morning I had a courtesy car and the solicitor was in touch to discuss my claim because Hayden had dealt with it quickly. I felt supported and informed when I was at a loss what to do. Ric was great from the start
