After driving for more that fifty years never having an accident this is the 1st time not my fault but from the 1st phone call I was assured not to worry about anything the other drivers insurance would pay for everything and so it went all done in a professional manner supplied another vehicle so I could continue life as normal thanks to all involved 👍

I had an RTC late in the afternoon around 3.30 pm. By the time it was all sorted out at the scene my son had come to collect me and took me to his house as I was in pain and pretty shook up. We thought we were contacting my insurance but it was 6.30 and so was transfered thru to NI accident services. The call was taken by Hayden ho was very calm and patient as I explained the situation. Hayden calmly asked a few question and put me at ease as to what had happened and how he could help me. At no point did I feel rushed and felt at ease after my call with him. He assure me I would have a replacement car which which arrived the next morning by 11.30 am. I have to say to the lad who delivered the car was very helpful in explaining the workings of hybrid which I had never used before. He stayed until he was happy I at least knew the basics which I very much. Appreciated. Unfortunately my car was written off so I had to arrange to go to the yard where it was to collect my personal items and business stuff. This was arranged and accommodated with no problems at all and again the lad who took me to my car was very patient as I had a lot of stuff to collect. Overall I would have no hesitation in recommending this company if you find yourself in similar circumstances.

When I rang claimline about a scrape exiting from a roundabout, I found the person on the line did not listen to what I was saying, but repeatedly tried to force me to conform to some theory of his own. He as unusually unprofessional. He did not listen. I hope his supervisor uses the tape of his bullying as an example of what not to do, I did not accept his personal theory which bore no relation at all to the situation.
He then, reasonably, asked me to join him in looking at Google Maps, which was consistent with my description of my experience. I guess that was imagining something like a dual carriageway exit with white lines. The reality was an exit onto one lane of a B road, which funnelled traffic off the roundabout into a single lane. That is where the scrape took place. A car came up on my left at speed and tried to slip past me in the exit from the roundabout.
Everyone can make mistakes. There may be different points of view about who is at fault, me, or the other car.
But a claimline should at least LISTEN first and not try to bully someone to change their account to suit some theory which does not match the ground.

I no sooner had made the report until a courtesy car arrived while I was clearing my car out in preparation for uplifting to the garage. Everything went very smoothly. Hayden was very helpful.

Hayden was an absolute star. He talked me through every part of my claim after a elderly gentleman ran into my car. He was very patient and took his time with me i didnt feel rushed. He also checked on me for a few days after my crash which was appreciated
