I made a claim with Claim Compass about 2 months ago for a delayed flight which lead to me missing important meetings and future assets, claim compass took this serious and contacted the airline regarding my situation at the time for a compensation, luckily enough Claim Compass was very useful and professional about this and almost got my compensation of €400 back, I am currently waiting for the transaction to be approved so nothings for certain yet. Either way I am happy with my experience with Claim Compass and would definitely use again if needed.

My third time using this service due to flight cancellations from Europe to the US, and each time they were able to compensate me.

Je vais essayer d’être le plus objectif possible.

Le service est fiable, rapide, efficace et vous pouvez faire confiance à cette entreprise. Je regrette cependant que la commission de 35% ne soit pas explicitement mentionnée (je reconnais que je suis un pingre, donc j’aurais remarqué tout de suite un tel chiffre) au tout début.

Sur les 500€ que j’ai reçus, 175€ sont partis à Claimcompass. J’admets ne pas pouvoir me prononcer sur le gain en temps et en confort comparé à une démarche individuelle pour se faire rembourser auprès de la compagnie d’aviation. Mais j’estime qu’il serait plus raisonnable de demander 10% voire 15% ce qui leur laisserait tout de même 50-75€ et je ne parle même pas des sommes plus coquettes lorsqu’il s’agit de longs courriers (jusqu’à 2500€ si je ne m’abuse, donc un gain de 875€ pour eux).

En outre je trouve l’argument « Nous ne sommes payés que si vous êtes payés » me semble surfait, ils ne prennent pas énormément de risques car le processus de départ permet de trier les dossiers sans espoir de remboursement et cela leur laisse donc la majeure partie du temps des cas gagnés d’avance.

Mais comme je le dis il faut rendre à César ce qui est à César. Je dois féliciter et souligner la rapidité, le professionnalisme, la fiabilité, la simplicité et la praticabilité du service, donc si vous me lisez, je ne souhaite pas être un critiqueur juste pour critiquer. Mais comme dit plus haut, les 35% devraient être la première chose à mentionner.

Submitting a claim was easy and everything worked smoothly without hassles and I was kept up to date all the way through the process. It took approx one week from making a claim to receive a compensation. The price is quite high but worth it.

After four long years of waiting, I recently received an email confirming that my claim had been successful and that I would receive compensation.

However, six days later, no payment was made to my account. Following my follow-ups, I was then informed that my claim would be closed due to alleged legal changes.

This situation is unacceptable. Your team made me wait for years, giving me false hopes of resolution, only to ultimately abandon the case. Furthermore, the reasons given to justify this decision seem unconvincing.

I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and integrity of your company in handling my claim. Your incompetence and lack of transparency have caused considerable harm.
