Received the compensation
It was great, one of the flights was canceled and found
claimcompass.eu ....i filled the form in, sent the flight details and few months later i got some money back on my bank account!!! They provide Very good service, they quickly reply to any questions. I do recommend them.

Après le vol concerné par mon dossier, je n'aurais jamais pensé avoir droit à une compensation...
Lorsque Monsieur Mecit Kinik (de chez Connections) m'a évoqué ClaimCompass, j'ai, restant sceptique, complété un dossier. Quelle ne fut pas ma surprise en recevant un courriel (e-mail) de ClaimCompass, courriel m'annonçant que mon compte serait prochainement crédité de 774,79 €. Ceci a bien été le cas quelques jours après. Merci ClaimCompass : probité, efficacité, simplicité et célérité sont les 4 termes qui me viennent en pensant à vous. Je parle désormais de vous tout autour de moi (tout en spécifiant que mon cas était bien basé sur un vol ayant encouru des réels problèmes : il ne s'agit pas de demander/espérer n'importe quoi sans faits authentiques).

Déplorable! À fuir! Claim Compass est le pire service que je n'ai jamais vu.
J'ai déjà eu affaire à leur concurrent, Flightright, ils sont bien plus compétents, à l'écoute, rapides et professionnels.
Je vous conseille vivement d'opter pour le service Flightright.
Cela fait cinq ans que j'attends une réponse de ClaimCompass, mais toujours rien ils sont à la ramasse Total.
Leur service est lamentable, incompétent et décevant.

Very satisfied dealing with Claimcompass, personnally with Lilly and Stiliyan. I tried to claim the compensation directly from air company first, but got answer "No". Then I contacted Claimcompass. Today I got the answer that the case is now resolved, approx 160 EUR will come to my account in a few days. Thanks a lot!

Lily helped me get back my compensation that I deserved from my flight. I’m so glad that there is a company like this that is honest and cares to fight for your money. ClaimCompass has indeed refunded me 260…
ClaimCompass has indeed refunded me 260 EUR for a long-delayed flight of Serbian Airlines. It has taken 6 month, but the good news is that other companies doing the refunds simply refused to deal with Serbian Airlines. So I got a nice amount with zero effort.

Flight delay compensation received!
Our Scoot flight had a 4 hour delay and we missed our next flight and had to stay overnight. We contacted the airline but they didn't take any responsibility. Eventually we tried Claim Compass and within 2 months we received a compensation for the flights, hotel and food. We are very happy and honestly didn't expect it to work! Great job and thank you for your good work 🙏
