Very clear instructions and spotless apartment. Great location for people watching and so close to restaurants and shops. Very quiet considering the vercinity to the town centre. We even slept with the window open and it was fine. Really enjoyable long weekend.

Excellent place to stay and wonderful house.

We recently stayed in the 2-Bed Liverpool Dock Waterfront Apartment and have to say it was absolutely incredible. First of all building up to our stay, the hosts were fantastic, answering my various questions and providing assistance and guidance when needed. Always getting back to me instantly and ensuring I had everything I required in preparation for our stay.

When we arrived at the apartment, collecting our keys was simple and straightforward. Videos were provided with regards to accessing the building which I found super helpful and a very nice touch.

The apartment itself was probably the best apartment we've stayed in. The rooms were super spacious and tidy. We had everything we needed for our stay, a fully functional kitchen, two lovely bedrooms and two bathrooms. Provided with plenty of towels and all the amenities needed for our stay.

The views from the living room and bedrooms were brilliant. You could see all the docks, the arena and more.

All the rooms were decorated and comfy. You almost don't want to leave the apartment to be honest.

The location was perfect for what we needed, right next to the docks and the arena. We were attending Liverpool Comic Con so this was an ideal location.

Checking out again was nice and easy, simply having to return the key.

I can't recommend this enough and have no doubt we will be returning again.

Excellent location in Manchester, only 9 minutes walk from Picadilly Station, but also has a drive for parking. Great to for access to the Co-Op Live. Lovely, clean and comfortable. Great communication from Matt & Steph with easy access instructions and added extras like things to do. Thoroughly recommended 😁👍

I had a wonderful stay in Waterside Flats/Dock views. The apartment was fantastic—spotlessly clean, incredibly spacious, and in a perfect location, close to all the places we needed to visit. Our hosts Matt & Steph have been amazing—so easy to communicate with and incredibly accommodating. The check-in instructions were clear, and I really appreciated the early check-in option, even though I couldn’t use it this time. Everything was seamless, and I can’t wait to return soon!

Matt & Steph were truly super hosts from start to finish, making are experience smooth, fluid and totally enjoyable.
The accommodation was absolutely perfect for our small group visiting Manchester from the depths of Norfolk to experience a concert at the CO-OP live arena, vibrant bars, restaurants are all in striking distance, and the local area is charming and lively.
Great aspect was walking distance from both the station and home from the venue!
Their communication was excellent, accommodation perfectly hosted. Clean, everything you needed comfy beds, great nights sleep!

Prior to arriving, a week or so out the hosts made every offer of help in anyway to ensure a great stay. It was. The apartment is lovely, really lovely. Excellent location, sound proofing is Excellent, spacious and very clean and new looking.
Hosts kept in touch through our 3 day stay and were equally very responsive on any requests we had.
Will definitely stay there again, and others should book without hesitation.
