i needed my building supplies today but…
i needed my building supplies today but they never arrived. upon tracking with wickes on their page it said delivered. i contacted an agent and was told they would sort it but heard nothing. was supposed to be passed ti a manager but heard nothing. its now gone 11pm and still no delivery.
i have just managed to locate the tracking number and found that a company called city sprint has evidently dumped the items in a random road or driveway and forged my signature pretending that i signed for them. rather than delivering them ti the actual house theyve just left them somewhere of their own accord and pretended I have authorised this! the signature is a little dash ! I did not get the items I needed on the day I needed them and am out of pocket for the items and delivery cost too.
