Ordered paint from Wickes, first delivery went missing as it was left at the bottom of a communal stair and the company forged my signature as I was at work on the day of delivery.
Second delivery I answered the buzzer and before I could even say hello I received 'this is your wickes order and it will be getting left at the bottom of the stair I wont be bringing it up' and I said no problem (for future ill just go to the shop and get it myself, I actually use delivery services as I struggle to bring things up the stairs due to disability).
Having seen the delivery driver however I can see that he was quite overweight so I would have actually been concerned for his heart if he had brought it up stairs. His attitude was absolutely horrible.
Maybe as a delivery company you should be hiring fit and healthy people that can carry a pot of paint up a flight of stairs.

Items not delivered
Did not deliver items but sent text saying the had delivered with false signature and a photo that did not show any goods - almost black! Rang the City Sprint 01752 333555 number and told to complain to Wickes. This is second time they have been rubbish. RECOMMEND AVOID WICKES whilst they use this crap service. I have kept photos to prove this.

City Sprint for Wickes
Eastbourne - City Sprint have one job to do for Wickes, just one. It really isn't that difficult but clearly it is to them.
They advised me 11am to 3pm will be my delivery slot, turn up early and as I am not there, go!!
Couldn't make it up. Why not simply say we will be there when we are there and if you're not in - tough!
UPDATE - guess what - not heard anything at all from City Sprint despite them saying the would reach out privately - remind me again, where is the edge of the carpet so we brush this under please....

I cant give a zero
I cant give a zero ! Awful . 2 pots of paint one pot had been crushed paint everywhere had the cheek to leave it on the pavement and just leave the one pot that was also covered in paint by front door . No signature as I was out so forged that as well .

Good delivery
Delivered by a nice Northern Irish guy ‘SC64’. Initially the delivery was cancelled as the van was too small for my parcels but the company then sent an empty van later in the day and I got my parcel from Wickes within the agreed time window. I think you can tell more from a company when things go wrong and how they try to rectify it. Good experience.
