The gentleman who often brings my stuff from
my Wickes Delivery LE56-Zaid is always polite, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. He’s a credit to your company and Wickes. If I was his boss I’d give him a pay rise he’s worth every penny!!!

Amazing delivery from Faz and the very helpful team at Leeds Branch!!!

This review is well overdue my booking was made in early January but after reflecting on everything that happened, I felt compelled to share just how incredible Dan was during one of the most stressful moments I’ve ever experienced.

Due to a sudden medical emergency involving my daughter, I missed my flight home to Australia and urgently needed our luggage transported from Gatwick to my mums address where we were now staying. It was an emotional and overwhelming situation, and the logistics felt impossible at the time.

Dan stayed on the phone with me for nearly two hours, patiently talking everything through, reassuring me, and coordinating the entire process with professionalism and genuine compassion. Not once did I feel rushed. He was calm, empathetic, and completely in control exactly what I needed in that moment.

What had been a personal nightmare was handled seamlessly. Communication was constant, clear, and reassuring. Dan treated the situation with such care and understanding it didn’t feel like I was just another booking, it felt personal.

In an already difficult time for my family, his support made a world of difference. It’s rare to encounter that level of humanity and dedication in customer service.

Thank you, Dan your help meant more than you probably realise

PA84 Steve was very helpful & friendly.
Not just unloading at the kerb, but helping me move the timber to a dry space before the rain came.

Reasonable service

Really friendly and lovely delivery man. Helped me store the tiles where I needed them, rather than what was easiest for him. Thank you very much.

The gentleman who delivered my tiles was great.... Incredibly helpful, kind and efficient... Great 😊

Good communication 1/2 hour from delivery. Steve (PA84) was also polite & friendly and careful with the delivery of the tiles. Good experience all round

I had an excellent experience with my recent delivery, thanks to Steve (PA-84). He went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. He called me 30 mins prior to arrival, which gave me time to prepare, and was extremely accommodating with the delivery. Steve was not only punctual but also very friendly and professional. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless and easy. I truly appreciated his effort.

Perfect service and very reliable
