I have arthritis and couldn't lift the items delivered. The gentleman was extremely helpful and carried them into the house and put them were they needed to go.

Great communication
Great communication, texts and pre warning, delivery slot time was very accurate, driver was very helpful and approachable. Only thing that could make it better is a comment section on the safe place to leave - I work from home in the garden iv a salon and I didn't want to miss the delivery but I was at home so if I'd been able to leave that note on the system that would of been helpful - the driver was brilliant and followed my sticky note on door / checked first. But not all drivers are as thorough and people may miss deliveries for similar reasons.. Overall very pleased
