Just received my shoes today, i was told it could take longer than normal due to Covid19 but is worth the wait, i couldn't be happier!

Oh, no!! I am looking at other posts, here, and this is bad. I also ordered shoes, for $89.99!! I have called two or three times, so far, and the only man I spoke to every time refused to give me his name. When I asked about my order, they had already taken my money, he began to shout and scream at me. Please do not order from this company! I placed my order on March 3, and it has not even made it to USPS for shipping. I will try to call again, and if I cannot get it resolved this time, I am turning them into the BBB.

It was the very rude response that I received upon simply inquiring about my order that made me very unsure of my decision to use this company, and it made me wonder if I had been ripped off. This man, I will call him "Mr. Customer Service" because he refused to give me his name, began screaming at me and talked over me, despite that I was politely inquiring about my order, on the several occasions that I called. I finally did receive my order over two months later, but it would not be unbecoming for this company to work on its customer relations and perhaps setting up a training program for Mr. Customer Service to learn how to act with civility to the customers who may even use them again -- or not. My review will stay on one star, and I will not use this company again.

Well I got the Jordan 11 Win Like 82 on the 24th of December and I just got a notification that my package is in New York and will me shipped to me on the 21st. The shipping is very slow, but the communication is alright. They may not be immediate but they will assure you. I hope my shoe looks well because I’ve waited quite awhile

I really love to order off this website. It is GREATLY recommended that you order anything you want off here. It will come in the time it promises. The prices they give are TREMENDOUS. Great Company, Great Service 500 stars if i could, I've been buying from them for over a year for me and my kid. Seems like people only come when they are mad to leave a bad review and the other 3000 that are happy don't even bother to write a review. Typical and unfortunate. They have Phone, Text, Email, Live Chat, Facebook, Instagram, definitely no shortage of communication. They guarantee me i get what i ordered or my money back, only one time i received the wrong size, they paid to ship it back and send me new ones. Good luck with any other site doing this for you.

Ordered a pair of shoes. received wrong color. This company would not respond to emails or calls to correct issues. when I spoke to a live chat they told me I got what I got and they would not send the right color ones. customer service is the worst ever. all I wanted was my space jam 11's.

i have 3 sons and i buy 3 - 6 pairs every 3 month from this website, the retro quality is amazing, very durable and for the price, i will never go wrong again, customer service is great, i had to return a pair for size exchange and it went very smooth. Looking forward to get some more for Christmas!

Ordered shoes for my grandson. They arrived shrink-wrapped from China without a box and are garbage. No support at all for the foot and made extremely cheaply.The hard white sole looks like styrofoam. Glue shows where the toe connects. The website shows great looking shoes, but the quality is really poor. The price was low, but I thought he could wear them for awhile anyway and he really wanted them. These are just a joke. I wish I had seen these poor reviews earlier

Please do not buy from this siteI ordered 3 side tables Mid February still waiting for them,
I did receive a delivery late, on the box showed The dimensions of one coffee table not 3 side table do I refused the delivery .. I wrote a review on this site and a Samantha replied back saying it was probably was the 3 tables put in the wrong box and I shouldn’t have rejected it but to contact her straight away and she would sort it out .. I have now emailed 6 times to no avail, a man called Martin emailed said he would look into it and let me know the delivery date that was weeks ago never got back to me .
Still don’t know when I will get my tables

Shocking customer service,bought a tv unit 1st March,every part was broken,contacted them and said they advised to send back broken parts which was the whole unit,have emailed them 17 times no reply,I have sent the unit back still no refund

Well still no delivery of my mattress.
Still no reply to my email I sent.
So im out of pocket and no mattress.
This was for my disabled daughter so i hope your proud and happy to scam honest people who dont have much money as it is
I'm absolutely disgusted and I will now be reporting to trading standards.

There is no where to chase my order. No way to contact or email customer service.
I've order over a week a go. Had no confirmation for when it will be delivered or whether its on its way. I've searched to cancel this and get a refund but can't find anywhere to do this.
Obviously a job for trading standards

Scam of a company, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Arrived over a week late and took nearly 4 weeks in total to arrive - well over their 5-10 business day delivery time; no communication from them as to why this happened or when it was meant to arrive, despite sending two priority emails; the mattress was not memory foam as listed, but a horrible springy, bouncy mattress that cost over £100 with a very thin foam topper on it. There is no phone number to call them and they do not respond to emails. Avoid at all cost.

Based on their responses to reviews below, they will try and pin it on me about emails and how they responded (only two times however to tell me it was processed), however since it was marked as 'shipped' and an estimated delivery date, there was zero communication about why it was late, where it was or anything. It is telling of a company that blames the buyer for delivery times and can only pick up on technicalities of email dates as their defense. So if they do that to me, you know why!

honest opinion STEER WELL CLEAR of this shambles of a company I am left sitting with a broken item that also doesn't match description as when I emailed them I was to return it back to them in Florida for a refund i am disabiled and they were wanting more to return it back to them the company never said they were in Florida when I ordered it or I would have stayed well clear they were abrupt etc all in all a Joke so AVOID AVOID AVOID Also no phone number as well to contact them
