My boy ordered shoes from this company, and since we were given a date of 1st april, i called to check the status of the order and was met by a rude man on the phone, who thought i had an attitude when i was asking him to clarify something i didn't understand properly. Later he told me he didn't like my attitude when i told him he was speaking to a customer. I told him to pass the phone to someone else, if he didn't like my voice, which he didn't, asked me to keep my attitude to my self, asked if i understood english, and finally slammed the phone in my face. I have no idea as to why i had to deal with an American telephone number anyways. Doubt i will ever let my boy order from them again. They don't have any respect for their customers. I have written to the company about this phone call, and am awaiting a response.

Really happy with my item, was a bit sceptical ordering from this website and knowing I'll have to wait 4-6 weeks for my item to arrive but I am more than happy with the purchase and arrived 3 weeks after ordering. I am based in the UK

Great! Kept informed from time or order to delivery. Love the product, quality and price. Bit of a wait but that was expected as I was told at time of order. Well worth the wait. When I did email to see when ish to expect delivery, I was emailed back in good time (day after) with a very polite email.
