It is rare to find customer service that is actually designed to service the customer's needs. Circupool has built processes and a culture to do exactly that. From remembering when and where I purchased my SWG to building a fix for a problem to covering it under warranty and bringing it all together with a friendly and knowledgeable representative.

Awesome people to deal with.

Needing flow switch. It was available and quickly shipped so we could keep from having to chlorinate too long in the hottest part of summer.

Great customer service help over the phone to diagnose the issue and get me the right part.

John was awsome.

Everything was great. I just ordered the wrong part by mistake. Return process has been easy as well.

The experience was good, but I hated paying for shipping. I would love to see these products on Amazon for faster, cheaper delivery.

Looked for a prefabricated bypass so I could get my chlorine generator serviced. This product fit perfectly and was reasonably priced.

Simple and easy.

Got the part quickly and fit right as it should.great replacement parts.

Awesome product. Great experience. Plug and works with no issues. Highly recommend this company and its products.

The initial seasons of using my Circupool system have been very satisfying. The ease of constructing my installation lead to many months of care free perfect water. Now 5+ years and needing product support and replacement im really pleased that I started with Circupool for my home. Owing to the quality of the products and customer service IMO the value can't be bettered out there in the market.

Very good service, professional and helpful. Super fast delivery. Thank you!

My cell only lasted two summers. The company does not replace it but prorates it. It is supposed to last 5 to 8 years, and two summers is not even close.

So far so good. Salt Cell looks of good quality, installed easily and fits perfect. Making a ton of chlorine, we'll see if it outlasts Hayward OEM.

Bought a circu pool salt cell and control panel. Did two factory fixes in the first year and then the cooling fan died. Won’t buy that brand again.

Easily placed my order and delivery was quick. Excellent experience.

John made my continued experience with Circupool fantastic. Happy to be a loyal customer. Thanks for the great support!

Circupool overnighted my order to me after I did not receive it.

Perfect delivery. Equipment works great
