I had to reset my device, and it stopped receiving an internet signal even though it was connecting properly to the router. All the troubleshooting I did at home, including resetting the router, was unsuccessful. The issue was that my device needed to be forced to download the latest version.

The technical support team responded immediately, with replies coming at any time of day. After a week of work, they resolved the issue remotely. Now it works perfectly again. Thank you to all the team

Still waiting on a response on how to fix the box. Going on our 2nd day with box not working. Paying for a services that I'm currently not using!!!

Sono mesi che ho problemi con il vostro servizio le scene tv continuano a interrompersi,ho inviato tutti i dati che mi sono stati chiesti con relative foto del fermo immagine ma senza avere avuto la risoluzione del problema,sono 4 anni che mi servo da voi ma penso che questo sia l'ultimo visto la scarsa efficienza da parte vostra!!!!!

Your portal does not give the customers the chance to choose the duration of their renewal as it constantly brings up the option showing the annual renewal. Therefore, the system does not let the customers book a renewal duration that lasts less than one calender year.

Buon giorno, molto contento del prodotto, pero nell'ultimo mese sono aumentati i canali con frequenti interruzioni di segnale, spero che si possa risolvere il problema. il mio segnale e mediamente di 18 Mbps, quindi non dovrebbero esserci problemi nella ricezione.

Sono molto soddisfatto e mi trovo bene spero che questa azienda continui così

Hi have the cyber seven years it was working excellent lately it is impossible to watch TV freezes constantly and happens mostly a night. Please try to do something because it is impossible to watch TV like this or else I’m gonna cancel.
La televisione Cibortv si congela completamente e poi dice ci dispiace non dipende da noi e questo sta succedendo da qualche mese prima non avevo nessun problema e questo non succedo solo a me anche le mie amiche hanno lo stesso problema,cercate di risolvere il problema.

I bought a Cibortv box for my mother-in-law in december 2024. The problem is that there are very often channels where the message: Tv Channel
available , sorry for the inconvenience!!!
The problem is the customer service tells me they can't do anything!! Yes, they should install a much better and bigger server, and the technical specifications of the box are too poor:
Wi-Fi only works at 2.5 GHz (problem to connect with the acces provider box) and i connect it with the ethernet cable.
Very slow processor (especially when you change channels, there's a good 2 to 3 seconds of latency)
Box freezing problem: I have to restart it very often
My mother-in-law is 82 years old and she misses the satellite decoder that worked very well.
FYI: I have a fiber optic line with 8 gigabit speeds!!!
After a lot of testing, the problem is definitely with the Cibortv box and not with me!!!
All these channels are great, but we still need to be able to watch them!!!

Given the subscription price and the equipment provided, it's not worth it!!!
Significant improvements need to be made so that it can function properly!!!
