# 1 Cibor freezes up almost every night. We cannot watch a complete episode or a full movie. #2 I PAID for renewal, and I was charged 2 times, and I only have 1 Box. I 'm NOT able to reach them to get my refund back. How do I go about getting my refund back of $99.99 that I was charged? Please contact me, please refund my money back. Thank you.

Channel 5 HD signal breaking a lot never can finish watch shows not wort to pay for this service, this happen every single day and time in consideration I am may not renew my subscription it’s very frustrating to watch programs with lot signal interrupted just on this preticular channel. My network signal is perfect but just Cibor brake signal a lot

Worked well for almost two years then one day it continued to give me problems saying the internet could not be tested. It’s a very basic box and despite my trying to resolve with customer service (via email), they said my warranty was up on the box and that I could buy another box with a 20% discount. This was days after renewing the subscription. I think that is poor customer service and disappointed with how difficult it was at that point.

Cibor tv is the best! And i am very happy! I live in Sweden and i can see all the channel from Italy and all the world! Very good!!!

This has to be the worse streaming box I have ever come across. The channels keep lagging and we keep getting the signal source is unavailable. I have sent so so so many email to customer support with reply’s on what speed test do you have are the cables plugged in ? Seriously ?? It’s just awful. I got this for my father who is 99 and literally every window night he cannot watch anything due Chanel’s !! I have literally given up so when the renewal is up, I will be cancelling and going IL GLOBO TV INSTEAD . Based in Melbourne if you have any issues you can contact them and sort it out, unlike CIBOR . I would NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL !!!!

Sono già cliente da tre rinnovi consecutivi e posso solo confermare le numerose recensioni positive che avevo letto in precedenza. La qualità del segnale è quasi sempre eccellente, ma ciò che merita davvero una menzione speciale è il servizio clienti: estremamente reattivo (risponde nel giro di poche ore, a volte addirittura di pochi minuti) ed efficiente sotto ogni aspetto.

In the passed month we have had trouble with cibor tv. Constantly getting the run around.
It keeps freezing up not one channel but most of the channels. It has been very frustrating i have contacted them every day and still they say that they are trying to fix the problem. I know that they don't give a dam about us because we are in Australia.
We have been with this for the pass 2 years and now problems I have request for and email address to there management and still no answer. I will be looking for another streaming box to change. I would NOT recommend this Company (Cibor) they are unhelpful. Stay away from purchasing this.

I was supposed to pay for one year $89.00 plus receive a discount for the code Mix given to me by Cbortv now I still cannot receive a new connection code cbortv should notify subscribers ahead of time before the old subscription expires and not shut it off in the middle of a program after is difficult to riconect should be easier to pay and get the new code Cbortv should have a phone number for client questions

I had a problem with the audio of my CiborTv and I was upset because I would like to follow J. Sinner and the Italian National soccer team… the Cibor team try everything to help me from remote with professional competence in very short time (in the end I discovered that was a cleaning lady disconnection cable problem …)

Ho usato CiborTV negli ultimi 2 anni. Ha sempre funzionato relativamente bene, con problemi - spesso - che pero' venivano bene o male risolti. Da circa 5 mesi il servizio funziona malissimo. Tutti i canali si interrompono continuamente. Ho contattato il supporto, ma appena un problema veniva risolto, ne cominciava un altro. Per quanto il customer service sia abbastanza disponibile e gentile, purtroppo e' proprio la trasmissione/connessione che funziona malissimo. Ho una connessione internet velocissima, quindi niente a che vedere con questo. E' un servizio inaccettabile. Ho cancellato il mio contratto e non lo rinnovero' più'.

La mia box non funzionava . Ho chiesto via email aiuto e mi stato prontamente spedito un nuovo alimentatore! Adesso tutto è ok . Grazie

CIBORTV mi permette di rimanere in contatto con le mie origini, sento il mio paese piu vicino!
Il servizio funziona molto bene, consiglio a tutti di comprarlo.
Assicuratevi pero di avere una buona connessione internet, è indispensabile per un corretto funzionamento del servizio.
Inizialmente ho avuto problemi e ho contattato il servizio clienti.
Mi hanno risposto subito e confermato la problematica legata alla mia connessione, risolto questo con un cavetto tutta funziona perfettamente.

CiborTV funziona veramente malissimo.
Siamo in Spagna e tutte le volte si interrompe in continuazione, nonostante compaia il faccino allegro che dà buona connessione e nonostante abbiamo lo scatolotto vicinissimo a router e Tv oltre ad un'ottima connessione (in questo momento sul mio pc accanto a CiborTV, lo speedtest di Ookla mi dà 579 Mbps in download, 575 Mbps in upload, Ping 14 ms, Jitter 19 ms e Perdita 0%...invece CiborTV 9 Mbps!!!).
Ci hanno già cambiato una volta lo scatolotto, ma quello nuovo funziona anche peggio.
Purtroppo non conosciamo un'alternativa per cambiare...lo faremmo molto, molto volentieri!!!

E'una settimana che tutti i canali della TV si bloccano per un po' e poi si riattivano. Se fosse per un po' si potrebbe anche accettare , ma visto che sono giorni che si manifesta questo inconveniente non si puo' accettare e vorrei che voi risolviate il problema o dovro' retrocere l'abbonamento.
