My recent house purchase had proven to be quite difficult & protracted, with many moving pieces along the way. However, despite this, and a change in solicitor in the latter stages of getting to exchange, I was given 100% support and service throughout. Buying a house in England isn't an easy process & can get quite emotional at times, & I was given complete sympathy & where necessary some tough love, which was always really appreciated & respected.
