Didn’t get the tree despite ordering in October.
Supposed to be lost, but I imagine it’s difficult to lose a 7ft tree! Nobody had the decency to tell me about it. Thankfully, got a beautiful tree locally. Even phoned me to tell me it was on its way. Hurrah for Van Hage!!

Excellently shaped tree
Probably the best-shaped Christmas tree I have ever bought. Clearly it had been pruned during the year to thicken up the network of branches, so there is no gappy stem. My only gripe is that it came swathed in masses of plastic, but I have to say it was in excellent condition.

The tree is first class. Delivery was not.
The tree is first class. The delivery was not.
The delivery person didn’t ring the front door bell or knock. The tree was left downstairs when I wanted it upstairs. There was no note left.
I contacted the delivery company, they did not reply.
I contacted you, you did.

Nice tree, smooth delivery
The tree is great, though not cheap. The tree was well-packed, and delivery was on the day, but giving a time slot, say, of 4 h, would be even better.
