Paid for next day delivery last Sunday and a week later still no sign?I'd like to mark differently but I haven't had any correspondence since.

So I’ve just looked on their website again and they are still advertising this item that they cancelled on me as available. Why are they doing this when they don’t have it? Is there some sort of scam going on here?

Ordered wrong item, contacted company the next day who refused to cancel order, told me to wait for parcel to arrive. Then order arrival was delayed by 5 days with DPD, promising to deliver everyday. A week later the item arrived. Item not as expected either so have tried to return it, Choice have refused as item would arrive past 8th Jan, which seems very unfair if they cannot extend return time even though item was delayed in receipt. Think about it, Bank hols on Monday 2nd Jan, so you have to post on 3rd to ensure it arrives before Friday 6th Jan, as Sunday 8th is too late to have refund. That's naughty. I will never buy from this unhelpful, inconsiderate company again. I have emailed them again and explained the error of their return dates - awaiting an acceptable reply. Update, received snotty email from 'customer services' telling me their return policy was extended from 7th November. Rediculous as I ordered item in December. They will not answer or consider any further requests. Do not order unless you fully understand the limitations of the t&c's in the small print. Just because they delivered late, doesn't mean you can return late!

Customer service is awful they do not reply after numerous emails I have waited weeks now and still not had my item .. clearly selling stuff they do not have in stock ..take your money and ignore you !!

Do not use, as they continuously offer items that are not in stock and then make you wait for your money back. Customer service is awful, with generic could not care less emails. Buyer beware, actually starting to think this is a scam.

Been in Clane , Naas and Ashbourne recently and the staff in all 3 places were excellent, went out of their way to be helpfull. Streets ahead of any other large warehouse store. Other companies should take note.

I ordered a jacket and sent an email to customer service around an hour later, to cancel the purchase.

They emailed refusing to cancel, saying I would need wait to receive the item and then to send this back at my own cost.

Dreadful customer service when purchasing online, and I cannot return the jacket to the store.

Avoid their online service as this is very backwards

Dont understand the bad reviews/2.5 stars, I would give it 5 stars. Purchased a pair of trainers the week of xmas, advised 3-5 days delivery. Trainers arrived on day 3 via DPD. No issue with the trainers & would use again.

Ordered a moose knuckle coat and could instantly tell it was fake the material was cheap and the sizing was well off from when I tried it on in another store, these coats have an nfc tag that you can scan to confirm if you have a %100 authentic coat or not and nothing showed up when I tried to scan the tag!!

Reviews were pretty bad but was saving 80 quid so thought I would try it anyway. Absolutely no problems, delivered early, great service!

I bought it twice and both times they sent me the wrong size, it took maybe 3 weeks and I still don't have my item

I ordered a jacket , it took 4 working days to arrive, they do say 3 to 5 working days standerd delivery,on other sites its usally 1 to 3 days , but appart from that, delivery was by dpd ,package was well wraped, i recieved the official coat hanger for coat ,was happy over all, but take one star off for delivery times.

Terrible customer service can’t be bothered to reply to customers!! My package i received was broken really badly packed in box. Do not use this site

Was sold a gift voucher without being advised that it can only be used in store (NOT online - odd in 21st century).

The store offer in Bluewater and Lakeside is very poor - just a few items and all mostly from BOSS. The gift vouchers are useless to us unless we can shop online.

The Customer Services bluntly refused to refund the gift cards as (their words): *the majority of goods online* which is a clear lie.

Avoid like a plague. Will be filing a complaint with Trading Standards.

Stay away. Time wasters. Refunded 2 days after ordering with no explanation. Don't waste your time

I bought a Anti Social Social Club hoodie and it’s arrived on time. This is the only good thing about Choice Store.

The hoodie is a low-quality fake.

I suggest you go to the shop and buy what you see.

I would never recommend you using their online service.

Awful service ordered a pair of veja recefe shoes the shoes have had very little wear, they have started to come away from the sole and toe of shoe, sent shoes back they won't give a refund only offered a credit note this is a goodwill gesture?? As the shoes don't have a manufacturing fault...absolute joke.

Got a great Marc Jacobs bag on here for half price, received in 3 days and packed up perfectly. Thank you

My item was received with in 3 days of buying it
i bought a very expencive jumper and all the service i got was fantastic . it arrived with in 3 days of ordering the packing was spot on . and in full the service i received was 10/10 can not say more apart from as a sugestion if the was just a email or text to say we have dispatched your order would be cool as we can be very busy and it would be nice to get a day of expected delivery / But thank you for the service i will be buying again from here

Ordered a stella mccartney wallet. Box was filthy and no dust bag provided.
