Chipp are an amazing coffee roaster

Chipp are an amazing coffee roaster. Always pushing the boundaries and offering that niche customer experience as a small team they make you feel really valued and offer expert advice. Feels very local and personal which is a rare thing these days. Super happy with my subscription which also offers great value at about £30 for 1KG of fresh beans a month !! Bingo xxx

Good customer service

I had opportunity to get a coffee handbook from them but The best was a coffee sample fresh roasted unexpected and me as Barista I loved

Delicious coffee pods!

Tried the coffee pods and they’re excellent - very tasty! Extra bonus is that they’re compostable, so no having to send off or take to a store to recycle. Big fan of these.

So sorry your coffee has not arrived yet, with shipping to the USA from UK, we typically expect parcels to arrive within 6-10 working days.
Your order was shipped on the 4th Oct so we would expect the parcel to arrive with you this week.

Great service

Great service, great packaging, great personalised thank you card, great free stickers with the cute owl logo. Just a shame the coffee didn’t taste good. I brought the beans to use as for a pour over. I think these would be better as espresso or with milk. I won’t be buying again.
