I could not recommend chimes more!! Harry & Paul came and set up my garden furniture this afternoon and they were the kindest, most professional team. They set up the equipment so quickly and went above and beyond (even in this heat) thank you lads and thank you chimes my Essex garden feels like a Greek holiday home and I’m in love haha

Replacement garden seat cushions
I was looking for replacement seat cushions of a certain brand, not hoping to get them. However, the lady in Chimes looked at one I had taken with me and said she believed she might have some in their store. Luckily, she did.
She was very helpful and it was not a problem.

Shocking build instructions. Fire pit table even had completely different unit instructions. Stick on ‘CHIMES’ signs already fallen off in box.

A really good experience from start to…
A really good experience from start to finish - firstly in the showroom, We identified what we wanted & Harry made the sale & paperwork really straight forward, Secondly I then paid extra for the White Glove service which I would highly recommend too taking away all the messing around of getting rid of the packaging & not needing to assemble myself where Paul had it good to go within 45mins, I even chose my delivery day slot which was within 10 days of the sale itself, great range of furniture on site definitely worth a look before considering elsewhere 👍
