Absolutely horrible service by chiltanpure.... I will never be ordering again... I made a prepaid order of Rs 11,800 and they hadn't delivered it.... I contacted them and the order was still at their warehouse after 10 days of ordering because their products were out of stock... I asked if I'll get a refund of those products ..... and they said they will not ship my order till products are in stock..... what kind of shirty service is this.... I cannot be waiting a month for my order.... also I needed this order within this week and it was basically useless if I recieved it a month late.....so I asked for order cancellation and refund... and they said they will not refund..... 11,851 Rs.... it's not a small amount and I'm stuck here waiting for my order till their products are in stock.... I don't recommend anyone to trust this website.... absolute terrible service

We ordered a few items, the packaging had oil leakage, the oil bottle was not sealed properly, the biscuits were crumbled, we ordered plum cake and we were given fruitcake. We made 3 orders, the first one was pet deodorizer, which we still didn't recieve and it has been a week now. The customer service is horrible, the agents are rude and no one fixed our issues.

Worst experience buying from them. I ordere Multiple stuff from their website and the quality of the products was too low. I ordered oats with nuts and when i opened it, there were ants and bugs inside. I even have the video evidence. I even tried to reached out to them and no one responded!!! Worst worst worst experience

I had ordered saffron... I did receive the saffron, but its quality and color were not at all satisfactory... When I talked to customer support, they were wrongly blaming me, saying that the product sent by Chiltanpure was completely fine.
