Chilled Rides Arvostelua 

While AMcargobikes have failed to meet their self-set delivery target, Chilled Rides have been working on my behalf to sort the problem out. While I still have no bike, I have been impressed by their customer service.

Its a bit of a minefield out there picking the right bike for you. Chilled Rides were excellent through the whole process even answering messages at 10pm!! Spoke to them a few times on the phone and were super helpful. The Cyrusher Flex is also so much fun 😁

Customer service was super helpful, explaining the various delivery options. AMC Cargo bike arrived fully assembled and jumped straight on it!

Great company, and there customer service is impeccable, I originally ordered the emoko C93 and realised it wasn't going to suit my needs so I contacted Steve at chilled rides and asked if it would be possible to change it to the emoko C99 an they couldn't help me enough a real pleasure to deal with, the communication back an forth was effortless and the advice was so helpful, I will be recommending chilled rides to anyone looking for a e-bike or scooter, great company, thank you very much to all at chilled rides.

Good price, bike arrived promptly and exactly as advertised. Assembly was easy and quick. Bike works well and folds easily.
Pro tip, don’t assemble on grass as it’s hard to find anything you drop.

On time and rapid...all except the tyre pump which was damaged.

Bought a ebike from chilled rides. Went for the emoko c93 great wee bike, just what I wanted for my commute to work! Would recommend chilled rides delivery I was kept well informed on when to expect an delivery was smooth, the guys even carried it upstairs for me. Would buy again in future! So far a few friends want to make same purchase

Everything I wanted from the hub gears which requires no thinking about when changing gears. A beautiful bike. Only thing is it's borderline for a six foot person with long legs. The saddle height max is 38 5". Overall a great company to deal with and very helpful on the phone with any questions answered. A rare thing today. Well done

Chilled Rides have been very straightforward and helpful. When part of the delivery was missed out initially, they chased up the missing items without delay.

Brilliant experience

Bike was delivered within a week of ordering, good communication throughout. Then I messaged them as had an odd email and from that I was able to register my battery for warranty even though it was out of the 14 day window, thanks to them pro-actively checking with the company for me. Cannot recommend them enough both the bike and the company.
