Not a scam it's real they just had difficulties during the Christmas period it can happen.

Product has arrived and is working build quality is ok although please improve the seat button it's so cheap and the button is loose not sitting tightly in fitting hole but it works.

I was notified about each step on the process.
Really nice touch.

Very bad service. I placed an order on the Black Friday offer and they accepted the order as well. After multiple follow ups they came back and said that the offer was not valid any more as they ran out of stock. There is something called as commitment and the company surely does not have it.

I recently purchased a massage foot stool from Chill Chair, and I couldn’t be more impressed. After about four weeks of use, I encountered a minor issue with the product. I reached out to their customer service, and I was blown away by how responsive and helpful they were. They quickly asked for a video of the issue and, once received, they promptly sent me a brand new replacement within a week. Throughout the entire process, they kept me updated and made everything smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Chill Chair for their outstanding service and quality.

The ottoman exceeded my expectations and the customer service was pleasant. Highly recommended. Considering the chair for my home office. Husband loved his anniversary gift!

My chair has not arrived yet, however the experience with Rey and the team has been first class from the start. I was unsure about making a purchase at this price point, but their clear communication and genuine support made the decision easy. I will update this once the chair is delivered, although based on the service so far I am expecting it to be a ten out of ten.

We ordered our first sole mate foot massager last Feb for my neuropathy &planter fasciitis oh my goodness it did wonders for both. I use it regularly AM & PM . It just suddenly quit & Chill Chair got right on it & sent a new one. Practically instantly. We definately recommend this company above anything else!!!!

Havent tried the chair yet as it has just came. But Chill customer service is how customer service should be. Had a few questions and bam they were on it..excited to try it..

I purchased a chill soul mate.
The customer service is exceptional. I’ve not come across another company like this. I had emails on the status of my purchase from factory to door. I then received emails on the condition of my arrived purchase. The constant checking in to make sure I’m completely happy with the transit time, condition on arrival, and the working condition has been so impressive.
I’ve read the other reviews on here and ‘Chill’ are doing a great job.
The Soul Mate massage footstool is absolutely amazing. The quality of build is really good. The operation of the massager is quite simply the most impressive and addictive experience of my long hard day. Unwinding after a 13 hour shift with my feet in the Soul Mate is so addictive and relaxing.
I’m a size 9 and there is plenty of room inside. There are 3 settings for intensity. The 1st setting is very nice with a few moments of intensity lasting a couple of seconds each. The 3rd is obviously more intense and really squeezes your feet but this is my favourite. My partner prefers the 1st and finds the other settings painful. I suppose we are all different and each have different requirements from a massage. Some prefer it intense and others gentle. Soul Mate has balanced it well to meet all preferences.
10/10 Chill.

I'm happy with my Chill Chair. I purchased it due to my back issues. The massage setting are amazing!

Their customer service is second to none. Updated along the way of packing, shipping and delivery but then follow ups afterwards. I had an issue with my Sole Mate and they were so quick with responding and sorting the problem. While I’ve been away and not contactable, they’ve been great in keeping me posted on how it’s all going!
Other e-commerce, take note. 10/10 customer service! Cannot fault them!

I have been so ill . Low oxigen . On cpap.(breathing machine at night ) Feet going numb and hands . Bones aching all over . Had an operation really really low on energy . Only had it 12 days god I feel alive again . They say our feet are connected to everything in our body . It’s Brillient and because it’s in your room you use it . Love it . 5stars from me 🙌
