Scam, took my money never received items. I even ask for a RESHIPMENT that I never got. Can never speak to anyone concerning the issue. NEVER ORDER from here!!! I can't believe I got played. Never ever order from here. Better off ordering Shein or Temu. Guaranteed ship and they take a picture of where they deliver it too. This place has no evidence AT ALL. Worse place I ever ordered from. SAD

SCAMMERS

Ordered a dress from their website, reduced in the sale. The dress took 5 days from ordering to be dispatched then eventually arrived and it was not the dress I had ordered!! Clearly a different item. Upon reading their returns policy it states incorrectly recieved items can be returned for a refund or replacement within 7 days. Emailed customer support within this window, to request a refund as not only was the dress the wrong item but it was awful cheap quality, (straight off of temu by the look of it!)

3 weeks down the line I am still back and forth with so called customer support who are refusing to refund, even though it's not the item I ordered, and have now said since it was reduced it is not eligible to be refunded! Will be taking further action to get my money back. Oh and as a good will gesture, they have given me a promo code for 50% off my next order (absolutely never again!)

Awful company, complete scammers and awful quality clothing. Avoid!!!!

Absolutely awful. Tried to return an item of clothing. Reached out numerous times through their website and heard nothing back. Then tried to email them, using the email address provided on their website and it wouldn't deliver. Avoid at all costs!! Poor garments, impossible to return, £40 down!

Absolute scam. Using false advertising across social media and what you receive a month after ordering is a cheap, awful imitation of what they advertised which looks and fits nothing like it's meant to. The only resolution they have offered is a 20% refund as the item was on sale. The reality is they have a permanent "sale" on so that they can get around the terrible service and clothing with terms and conditions about not returning sale items. The email address on their site is also incorrect and they only contacted me from the real one once I raised a complaint through klarna. My issue is still ongoing as I'm not happy with the response. Avoid at all costs

I would give 0 stars if I could. Absolute scam. Items look nothing like they do on the website. Very poor quality. Shop gives the impression it is UK based but the items were shipped from China and took a long time to arrive. Only way to contact them is through email on their website. Took weeks of back and forward asking for a return only for them to say that the item cannot be returned because it was in the sale. Everything on their website is supposedly on sale! Do not waste your money.

Not worth 40 pounds for sure, nothing like advertise on the pictures, very cheap quality material.. AVOID

I ordered a self-adjusting makeup foundation (OUHOE) from this company (Chicora.com) and it was awful!!! It didn't blend into my skin and settled into pores and wrinkles. Worst of all, the pump doesn't have a stem that reaches into the product and it won't pour out of the uncapped bottle so I had to use a sharp tool to dig out enough to try it! The company "saved me the inconvenience" of returning the product and offered a 15% refund. Although I managed to negotiate a 35% refund, that means I still paid 65% of the original cost for a product I couldn't even get out of the bottle!!! Watch out for this company!
