I never got what I ordered and no reply’s to repeated emails to customer service. Their phone number does not work either. Do not use this company! My big mistake!

The delivery wasn’t very fast
The delivery wasn’t very fast, but it was reasonable, and the product was absolutely worth the wait. The craftsmanship is so well done that I didn’t mind the extra days.

Never got my item and it never shipped
Never got my item and it never shipped. This company is a scam. I had to go through my bank to get a refund

Had an item listed as in stock but was not!
Had an item listed as in stock, took my money held it for over a week then told me the item was out of stocok. I only found this out after i had to reach out to them because i got a msg stating it was delivered.

No updates for 2 weeks, when I reached out to see what was going on, they canceled my order and refunded me with no explanation.

Never received my product...
Never received my product and received no communication about it. Only messaged with an AI stating my "order has been fulfilled" which is untrue. Legit this site has stolen over $100 from me. This place is a scam.
