I have built up a pretty good-sized ChefsTemp setup over time: three ProTemp S1 units, three Breezo fans, a ProTemp 2+ Smart Stand, and more probes than I probably need. The reason I have that much is simple—it all gets used.

I cook on several different smokers during the week, including a Kamado Joe and a Lone Star Grillz insulated vertical smoker. The S1 and Breezo setup has been reliable on both. On longer cooks, I can keep an eye on my pit temp and the meat without having to sit next to the smoker all day babysitting a fire.

Having multiple probes and units is especially nice when I have several things cooking at once or more than one cooker running. I can check everything from the app instead of constantly walking outside and opening lids.

Like any Wi-Fi-connected setup, it is worth taking a few minutes to get it paired and set up correctly. Once it is, though, it is easy to use and has worked well for me. It is not just another barbecue gadget collecting dust in the garage—it has become part of how I cook.

I've been using ChefsTemp products for a while now, they've made my cooks more consistent and on point. I now am more relaxed while cooking, and confident everything will be perfect for my meal.

I absolutely love my chefs temp products. I use the ProTemp S1 with Breezo V2 Fan on my Kamado Joe Big Joe. Having it regulate the temps and give me a WiFi temp reading and app makes the cooking process so much better, easier, and reliable.

Chefs temps s1 2nd Gen probes and beeezo for a 14lb prime rib on Xl bge. Pretty much set it and forget it until its done. Put everything on and watch the app. No opening the grill to check temps. Pulled it when my probes showed desired 125 doneness. Checked it with my x10 to double check and throw it in my resting blanket. Customer service is great too amy issues they can walk you through and they are constantly upgrading the app. Also

I run a professional BBQ team as a side business so I don't have all day to address problems. I have found chef's temp products to be turn key and easy to use, which is a must. As far as their customer service goes, I cannot say enough for ease of warranty and answering questions. One product I ordered had a problem out of the box and I literally just emailed their customer service and within 48 hours I had the replacement part at my house. Awesome. The second thing I ran into was a connectivity issue and their customer service was really good at helping me understand what I was doing wrong. Again use these products almost every weekend and I love them.

I absolutely love the way my S1 and Breezo fan work together and help make keeping my smoker at a nice and steady temp. Customer service is always there to help anytime I have questions.

I have the s1 and breezo fan, it’s an amazing setup. So easy to use and makes cooking on my kamado so much easier with not having to babysit it all day.

I’ve had a great experience with ChefsTemp. They have a solid selection of high-quality grill and cooking thermometers, and their customer service has been excellent. The S1 has made a great addition to my Masterbuilt Gravity Series 1150c and the Protemp 2 Plus has been the best wireless probe system I have used for both smoking and grilling. I have bought a few S1 and Breezo fans which I use on a few pieces of equipment where I got great results!
I went all in and made some modifications to my big offset smoker:
- pierced a hole in the 3/8" thick steel firebox door
- soldered a coupler
- installed the Breezo V2
- replaced my two temperature gauges with two S1

This has changed my game when it comes to fire management and smoking lots of meats!
I save about 4 to 5 times the wood used on a long cook and can confidently leave it for extended periods of time without having to worry with the temperature!
When there have been bimps in the road, which is normal, they have been prompt to help and fix the problem.
All in all, they rank very high ln my recommended brands I sell!

Love my Chefs Temp Products. Accurate and reliable they elevate my cooking game to the next level.

Bought the S1 and Breezo with the pro temp 2 probes, have been flawless since I purchased over a year ago. Customer service is second to none, had a small hiccup with one probe and the company stands behind their products. My probe was replaced promptly and quickly.

Chefstemp has some of the best bbq accessories out there! The protemp 2 definitely stands out with how thin and accurate it is! Chefstemp also has the best customer service by always responding quickly, very helpful and always putting the customer first.

Both S1’s and breezo fans worked perfectly on 5-14 hour, overnight cooks! The mini probes were perfect. The regular probes are too long and thick for chicken legs and thighs. The 2nd gen probes are great but very sensitive in the chargers and sometimes don’t last long before running out of battery life though was fully charged just prior to the cooks

The Equipment Chefs Temp sells works great. I love the concept, and for the most part works pretty good. Customer service is really good, with a few exceptions. It has made overnight cooks seamless, with no more getting up every hr to check on the cook.

Great integrated system. I bought the system in parts and should’ve bought them all from the get-go much better than anything. I have used previously, including MEATER and big green egg products. One minor issue with temp probe that was immediately rectified, best customer service for online I’ve ever experienced.

Fantastic design spoiled by very poor manufacturing. Cheep components. Dubious reliability

Absolute disappointment. You have to leave the BBQ lid up for it to connect. I was so excited but was hugely disappointed. Oh, and they wont take it back!

Beautiful device!! Use the instruction video's on YouTube. Your kamado becomes a charcoal hearted oven with excellent temperature control. Go to ProBBQShop in Oosterbeek.

I have used the product considerable, however found this attribute not favored for my interest: The protective probe sleeve (On mine) is too loose requiring more click/ friction. It works for casual home use. IMO - As a previous Restaurateur, I don’t feel that I be pleased with daily pocket carrying frequent use.

After my order 15149 i did not receive a confirmation. When i asked they send me a tracking number (international shipping) for my order that was not updated until i asked after 3 weeks. When delivered my order was not compleet. I ordered a X10 and a meat temperature chart magnet that was missing. So room for improvement, Yes!
