I am very happy with Chef Jungstedt’s courses.
His teaching style is clear, direct and fun. The combination of videos and pdf readings is great.
I have taken both the fundamentals and the fillings courses which have really improved my chocolate work.
The courses are reasonably priced and offer an incredible amount of knowledge.
The Facebook learning room is also an asset for sharing.

Chef Jungstedt's program is really well rounded, talks about every aspect of chocolate making, from A to Z. He explains everything well and easy. The recipes included in the fillings course are great as they are and as a start to experiment with your own ones. I'm really happy that I know now that the products I make are in fact shelf stable and why. This course took the guess-work out of the equation! Highly recommend it!

A very comprehensive course with lots of details and explanations on ingredients and processes that other courses have never been doing (This is my 3rd online chocolate bonbon course). Chef Jungstedt is also very generous in offering lots of recipes and tips (such as not to waste any glucose by adding it on top of a bowl of granulated sugar - the whole glucose can be picked up!! it's an amazing great tips!) that make the whole chocolate bonbon making process more fun and less messy - how wonderful to have a pipeable cookie base :)

I am using my own recipe calculator, but definitely will incorporate Chef Jungstedt's that with clearer explanations and also with all the recipes being tested with the AW readings.

Overall, the course is of very high quality - not just the content, but including the camera shooting, post-production, music (love the guitar jingle in Giandujas's video clip!), user-friendly website, and the quizzes that ensure our understanding.
