Chef Jungstedt gives a precise instruction of the procedures he is using. He goes into detail to explain the "how's and whys" of bonbon making that makes it easy to understand.

The fact that I keep learning new things in every class I've taken with Chef Jungstedt. I find the videos user friendly. Also the ganache calculators -- enrobed and filled -- have been helpful.

Väldigt bra steg för steg instruktioner. Lättförståeliga recept, som i vissa fall var lite krångliga första gången. För mig som har det som en hobby under perioden med acceptabel luftfuktighet så är det bästa att jag kan gå tillbaka hur många gånger som helst. Otrolig känsla att när det går åt skogen för mig så kan jag faktiskt förstå varför och ”göra om och göra rätt”.

Problems every time I try to log onto the courses I have bought. Saved password doesn’t work and I have to go through support for access (thanks Peter) but it means such waste of time that I don’t try anymore and look elsewhere for the information I was seeking at the time.

Chef Jungstedt courses are great! He doesn’t just teach the “how”—he dives into the “why,” and that’s been transformative for me. Understanding the reasoning behind each technique has helped me internalize the process and avoid mistakes before they happen.
If I need to troubleshoot or reaffirm a forgotten detail—I can dip in and out of the courses whenever I need a refresher. Or I can head to the forums and get feedback from like-minded people.

I am an amateur chocolatier, making filled bonbons for friends and family and charities. So the volume is low compared to a business, but each charitable event might require several hundred chocolates. I was self-taught and had experienced much frustration from failures. Despite being reasonably competent, I found Chef J's courses to be invaluable. He shares reliable production techniques which eliminate failures. The courses also contain detailed recipes which yield consistent results with a good shelf life through low Aw. There is a valuable subscription which introduces new recipes. If you buy all the courses then the subscription cost is very low. I am retired, having sold an IT business which I built from scratch and I don't want to start another business - but if I were younger, I would use these invaluable courses and mentoring to create a business!

I have taken many chocolate courses in the past some of them were in a kitchen environment.

Jungstedt is head and shoulders above all of them.

His approach is excellent and he goes into great detail.

Every time I watch these videos I learn something new and I’ve watched them a few time now.
Great presentation with easy to understand instructions. There are a lot of tutorials on YouTube, it all gets so confusing but not if you follow each videos. Totally recommend.

My order for chocolate molds was filled & delivered quickly. Looking forward the ornaments for the holiday season. I am in the western US and the molds arrived in the same time frame it would take for some orders from the east coast.
