Absolute rubbish complete and utter…
Absolute rubbish complete and utter waste of money.
Dreadful customer service and product.
Tried to resolve but got the most ridiculous response that had no resolution just a pathetic email saying how they are so sorry the product didn’t live up to what I expected. I only bought the toy as it stated it was very strong and durable, complete and utter nonsense.

Hi Sarah,
We’re truly sorry to read how disappointed you’ve been — this is clearly not the experience we wanted for you.
While our toys are made from high-performance technical fabrics and reinforced stitching, they are still soft toys and unfortunately, not all dogs play the same way. We do our best to set realistic expectations, and we're sorry you felt misled.
We also regret that our response came across as unhelpful. We always aim to treat every message with respect, even when we can’t offer the outcome requested.
If you’d like to share more or continue the conversation, feel free to reach out again at customerservice@cheeky-dogs.com

Nothing special. Still destroyed in 5min.
I received a koala and elephant from the Kickstarter campaign. They lasted 5min with my 35 pound mutt. Nothing special about these dog toys. Stuffing everywhere. Seems like I was lucky. Many people on the Kickstarter have commented they never received their pledge.

Hi Yoanna,
Thanks for your feedback, and we’re sorry the toys didn’t hold up for your dog — we know how frustrating that can be. While our toys are made with highly resistant fabrics and reinforced construction, they’re still soft toys, and unfortunately not all dogs play the same way.
As for the Kickstarter comments: all toys were shipped, and the only backers who haven’t received theirs are those who haven’t confirmed their shipping address, despite follow-ups. We’re happy to help if anyone still reaches out.
Thanks again for supporting the campaign.

So far so good
I am not able to delete my earlier review. I had bad things to say about the toy BUT it wasn’t a Cheeky toy! I’m so embarrassed. I don’t know how long the toy will last but 4 hours in and it is still in good shape. It's now been a week and Charlie is still working on trying to tear the toy apart and NO Success! I can't praise this toy more!

These are FANTASTIC for my power chewer
I missed out on the kickstarter, so I was happy to find your website! I got one of each toy for my 2 dogs. Tucker, my Great Dane, doesn't honestly play with toys too much. But Georgie, my pittie, is a power chewer, and he absolutely loves stuffies with squeakers. He can have a toy torn open and the squeaker removed and destroyed in under an hour. But not these! We have had them for about a week, and the Cheeky toys have very quickly become his favorites. He almost always has one of them in his mouth!
He HAS managed to tear through the white belly fabric on the whale, but I was very pleasantly surprised to find a layer of the gray fabric below it. I clipped the rest of the white fabric off so he wouldn't keep ripping it. He has not managed to get through the gray fabric yet on any of them! The squeakers have gotten chewed up and only work sometimes at this point, but that's to be expected. Except for where I clipped out the white fabric, they still look really good!
I am really pleased with the durability of these toys, and I will definitely be watching for new animals!

I got mine, but threw nearly all of them away
Although I did receive the toys unlike many that I've read, they were late in arriving by several weeks. I was asked for a review and let them know that the first one of the 5 I gave to my standard poodle girl was destroyed in a matter of minutes and I just threw the other four away.

Hi ConnieSue,
We’re truly sorry to hear that the toys didn’t work out for your dog — and even more so that you felt it wasn’t worth trying the others. Our toys are made with high-performance materials and have worked well for many power chewers, but we know no toy is indestructible, and every dog plays differently.
We wish your pup all the best, and we’re disappointed this experience wasn’t a better one.

Poorly manufactured in China
I received a poorly manufactured product from China which did not meet the promised quality or my expectations. It is not durable at all. Do not buy. Two stars for responding to my emails, though they did not show any guilt or willingness to resolve the issue.

Misleading marketing, poor durability
Cheeky claimed that their product is "the strongest" dog toy and touted its long lasting design with in-depth explanations about their material and process.
Our 5-month old puppy (less than 15lbs large) chewed through the fins of the whale toy within one week.
I had received this toy 5 months after backing (which is respectably quick for a Kickstarter) and had been really looking forward to cherishing the toy for at least a few months, if not the years that the Kickstarter page seemed to imply.
Given that this "toy" cost me 30 euros including shipping, I assumed it would be half-okay. I was wrong.
The marketing for Cheeky toys is greatly exaggerated, misleading, and the product is nowhere near as durable as claimed.

Thanks for your feedback — we’re sorry to hear the whale didn’t hold up for your pup. While our toys are made with high-performance technical fabrics, no soft toy is indestructible and results can vary depending on each dog’s play style.

Don't waste your money on these
Don't waste your money on these. The seams break apart too easily. When contacting them about it, they just say oh well, it's your dog's fault. Stick with things like Kong who's toys last longer and will actually provide good customer support if you get a bad one.
In response to their response, I did already email them and they asked for pictures... Which I sent, and I never heard from them again.
