Checks are advertised with bold color pictures on the checks. What you get are washed out pastel colors on the checks.

I ordered from this company not reading any feedback on here which made me skeptical. I thought I would get scammed the way people are freaking out on here. I just got my checks and everything was fine. Checks were perfect, no info was wrong, it's exactly what I put in my order. I got communication from them in emails and they answered questions. I don't understand the negative feedback as I experienced nothing of the sort. Great price for the amount of checks I received.

Terrible customer services. They added address information to the check from the payment/shipping line that I did not want on the check. They sent a payment confirmation that did not send an image of the check to proof or verify. And then they tried to tell me it was my fault and would not correct. Terrible.

1) answer your phone or remove the phone number on your site;
2) respond to emails immediately;
3) FALSE ADVERTISING. Checks look like a photograph on your site. Received them - they are whitewashed/pale - look NOTHING LIKE YOUR PHOTO.

I gave them a 1 star because that's as low as you can give them. This is by far the worst experience that I have every had with a company. I ordered Checks and paid a rush fee and a rush delivery on July 29, they were supposed to be delivered on August 2. Well August 2 past and then I checked on the order on Monday the 5th and they had not printed them yet. On August 7th I received my checks only to have 3 checks in 6 of the books for my business and the rest of the 6 books were checks for another business.
I called and then they said we will fix it and get them to you quickly. On August 12th I called again as to no checks being delivered with now showing a due date to me of August 16-20 time frame. I had to be nasty to get them to fix their problem. Finally on the 13th we have received checks. This will be the last time I ever do business with them. I wanted a different look for Checks and my other supplier didn't offer it.

i order i didn't want i try they never answer phone only if they feel like to i don't phone i wanted send back i told sent me return label never no respond i had shred the check never buy them first and last ever i went the company i been dealing before. so unhappy they scam people special never answer phone beware of this company...don't buy from again

Had to reorder the checks because my street address was printed wrong. Also item STIL0917 " classic bicycles " was way too dark. Hard to read the date, the recipient, the memo and my signature. Can't wait til I'm done with this style, so I can order more user friendly checks.

Never again. They have lowered their standards. The checks have a white line across the top after you tear each one off. Also they have their website branded on your checks! I would never have ordered... it looks so unprofessional. Cheap advertising for them I guess. This should have been stated up front, but they don't because no one would buy these.

Having used checkadvantage for my last check order, I placed a reorder for the same style and quantity. The reorder checks are not the same. The border was reduced greatly on the ends and the bottom. These are top tear checls. The white unprinted part of the pad of checks extends below the perforation. So the checks have a wide white streak across the top. Their logo/url that was in the left border in the 1st order is now in the body of the checks in the reorder. I was told that I could get a refund if I mailed the checks back. I am expected to pay the postage. I guess I'm out $27.20.

Told me the information for my checking account, which I’ve had for 20+ years, was fraudulent and that they were reporting me. Maybe they are the scammers trying to steal our information? They gave no explanation and it made no sense as I’ve had this account since the 90s.

I'm not sure what's happened to Check Advantage. I ordered from them for the first time almost a year ago because of their great reviews about customer service and good prices. My checks arrived very quickly and in good condition, but in looking over the info on them, I failed to see that the last digit of my account number was missing. I used up a box of old checks before writing out three of my new ones from Cks. Adv. this year. I was puzzled, because 2 of them never cleared, 1 did (via an ATM). When my bank discovered why, I tried to call Cks. Adv. twice to see if they could reprint new ones. Each time, the first recording said the next available rep would take my call, I waited a few minutes, and another recording said to leave a message. The online chat said, "Sorry. We can't chat right now. Please send an email using the form below." I sent an email with my past order #, etc. 2.5 days ago, but haven't yet heard back. Now, I see from reviews that other people are having problems too, but just this year. I think this was a great company in the past, but you may want to be careful about ordering from them now. Just hoping they haven't had some kind of trying personal or financial situation due to covid, etc. I hope they recover and can prosper and give the good service they once gave their customers. But for now, I'm ordering checks from my bank.

A terrible experience. Return customer, but something has gone terribly wrong with this company since my last order. Ordered 12/30. Delivery promised 1/21, due to COVID delays. No follow up. Fearing fraud or theft, I e-mailed 2/28- was advised selection was out of stock. I was given other options- confirmed one immediately. Asked for expedited shipment, due to the 30+ day delay. No apology, refused. Told my option was regular USPS or cancel, then rep hung up on me and blocked calls. They no longer answer their phones. Super disappointing and nasty service delivery. Buyer beware.

Ordered overnight delivery. Went to their site to check on the status of my order and they had no information (their "check your order" page didn't show my order). I e-mailed them and never received an email back. It has been 14 days and I still have yet to receive my order.

I've been ordering my personal checks for many years now from Check Advantage, and just did so again within the past 5 days, and already received my order! I usually call my order in, as I like to change check designs each time, and I always get Stephanie on the line - she is the epitome of a customer service rep and I've never been disappointed by her or by Check Advantage. Great service, quick turn-around time and great prices.

I am a breeder of Eng. Cream Goldens, and when I saw the checks with those puppies on them, I couldn't contain myself, I had to have them. I bought the beautiful checks, the return labels and the beautiful checkbook cover. I had a problem with my beautiful checks. The checks were too tight in the book. I told them about it, they called me immediately and said they would make more checks for me and test them before they send them. That is fabulous customer service, thank you so much. I love those puppies on my checks.

Service efficient, not complicated and not overly priced. I have used it in the past and decided to return because of the affordable price.

I recently ordered address labels from Check Advantage, the order arrived in a timely manner and the labels appear to be o good quality and the ocean scenery is very nice. I will be ordering from Check Advantage again.
