I did not want my house number on my checks. I specifically chose this company because a web search indicated I could choose what info I wanted on the checks.

Site wouldn't allow it, unless I faxed a copy of my financial institution info. I faxed the required documents AND spoke with a customer service rep, who assured me that my full address would not be on the checks.

After several weeks for shipping, the checks arrived - with my full address. I could have ordered from them a different site with quicker shipping and better price. They wasted my time.

I will NOT use this company again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I would give this a zero if I could. Ordered checks received a notice that they were delivered. They are nowhere to be found. The customer service was very casual about it and could have cared less that our personal banking information is out there. No picture of deliver, just a notice they delivered. Time to call the bank and let them know don't clear checks. the worse - do not use!

I ordered my checks on March 2 - still waiting to receive. Sent messages to general support - no one answering. To me thst is terrible customer service. I

They canceled my order and I would’ve had no update to this unless I checked myself. Had several things they wanted to verify, once verified my order is being processed. but yet I paid for fastest shipping. That will no longer get here when expected due to delay.

Such a rip off I have ordered checks from them in the past, but I will no longer do business with them

They added charge for "Sentry Shield Pro" to our online Check order. It is about $19 dollars. Apparently this is an automatic charge they make hoping you will not notice. Have to actively negate it or you get billed.

So we called customer no service - they said could not remove charge now, we had to wait another 3 days and call back. Really? This make no sense as it is already charged to our Master Card, but they were adamant will have to do that - and see what happens.

What happens is three days later they said they would negate that charge, but would take 5 days to get refund to show up on our credit card account. Now it has been 10 days and no refund for this "Sentry Shield Pro" charge. Gave up on this - not worth wasting our time.

What a BS outfit.

My ordered checks never arrived, and someone tried to cash a bunch of them. When I asked them if they knew when they were delivered the customer service rep EXPLODED at me, said they had no idea and it was my fault for not getting tracking.

Should have read the reviews first for this company. Paid for one day shipping and didn’t receive it. Order late shipping anyway will never use this company again. Spoke with a supervisor, who was supposed to follow up by email and of course they never did. Don’t spend your money here. Go elsewhere.

Hiding their check number. Since every one is selling 4 boxes for 400 checks, so they think they can just hide their number of check which far, far below 400 for 4 standard boxes. Do not buy.

Never received checks. They emailed back and forth and after time passed and I couldn't dispute the fee they stopped responding. Was $8 and change for the checks with coupon. Have unsubscribed to emails 6 times. Get 1 to 3 per week for past 4 months.

I ordered checks using the company's rush function. I was sent a tracking number which is useless on their website. I get absolutely no status. I try to call and I get no answer on the phone. I paid to get my checks quickly as I need one in a few days. This is poor customer service: actually it is totally absent customer service and the company doesn't seem to care. I note now they have notice far it is experiencing production delays with no end in site, but it was not a post last week when I ordered. I received a confirmation on the 22nd and should have my checks. I also write them an email which they have ignored.

I recommend to anyone needing checks to NEVER buy anything from this company. It is terrible and doesn't deserve anyone's business!

I ordered checks 2 weeks ago and as of today December21st I have not received them! I have ordered before with no problems but this time I am furious, plus I paid with a credit card and I need these checks now. Please let me know if they're on their way .

I ordered checks on December 1st. They were supposed to arrive within 10 business days. When they did not arrive I called to find out the status of the order, and was told that they are experiencing printing delays, and have no idea when they would be ready. The representative also advised me to get some free starter checks from the bank to use in the meantime, which is obviously not an acceptable solution. Ultimately I had to cancel the order and order checks from another vendor.

Ordered checks almost a month ago. Called today and they still have not been printed. This is taking forever! Good price, but the shipping process has been terrible. They said they had a major assembly line shut down that has them behind, but that I should get my checks "soon" with no definitive date!

When I received my order it had the wrong routing number on it. I called and was told that their system automatically changed it. I was put on hold for over 15 minutes and no one ever came back on the line. I will never use them again. I would like a refund since they are the ones that made the mistake and the checks are unusable.

These guys suck. Placed order for checks, was charged but then a couple days later got a message to call them and my order was cancelled. Now a fight for my refund. STAY AWAY!!

**update** It's been 10 days since I was told that my checks were printing. We have not received them, even though we paid for 2 day service. After holding for 10+ minutes, I was told the checks are still printing (for 10 days). I asked to cancel the order and I'm not able to because my name isn't on the checks - they're my Husbands business checks. I can place an order, but can't cancel it. Makes sense.
Placed an order on 11/25 and added in plant rush and 2 day delivery. on 12/05, I tried to find my order status online and it only gives generic information. Called the 800# and someone answered "hello" and then went silent. Called right back and my call was answered by a lovely lady who was able to help me. Unfortunately, she explained to me that there was an issue with the "In-Rush" and the order was credited the $5.95 fee. I asked why no one notified me of that and she had no answer. I then asked what the eta was on my order and she was also unable to tell me that. The whole process is ridiculous and unprofessional. I would have cancelled the order and placed it with someone else had I known it was going to take so long to get my checks.

This company does not care about keeping customers. I ordered checks from them because they were cheaper than most other online companies. I submitted payment at the time of purchase. The bank denied the charge, flagging it as potential fraud. I contacted the bank and cleared it up. I tried submitting the payment again and it was rejected yet again.
I tried to contact the company to ask them how they want to go about handling the situation after I submitted the payment again 3rd time. I explained in detail everything that was happening. I even offered to send the checks back since the bank kept flagging it as fraud.
The response I got back was less than satisfactory. At no point did they even acknowledge anything that I had said other than calling it an “inconvenience.” Also, maybe I’m crazy, but I refer to customers by name, not just “customer.” It makes it more personal… like they aren’t just a number to you.

I am not someone who often writes reviews either good or bad. However, I feel compelled to do so based on my customer experience today. I placed 2 separate orders of checks for my husband's personal and business account on October 27, 2025. One order arrived on Monday, November 3, 2025. The second order arrived today, November 5, 2025. The second order was for a 3 ring binder, not a 7 ring binder which is what we use. I called to see if it was an error on my part, since the first order was correct. Sure enough, the customer service rep confirmed, VERY POLITELY, that I had ordered the wrong size. Needless to say, I was very frustrated with myself. He explained we can use the 3 ring binder checks until the 7 ring binder checks arrive AT NO ADDITIONAL COST! In my experience, it is such a rarity to come across any business that is so accommodating and gracious anymore. We have been ordering checks from them for many years without any issues of timeliness, delivery, printing, and now customer service. We will continue to do so without hesitation.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Good luck when you need to order checks. All of these companies route through checksunlimited.com. I had a reorder form from them. Their own system wouldn't acknowledge my reorder form that they created. They kept me on hold for about 45 minutes then disconnected my call. Attempted to use another company for check printing purposes. Used the website Checks.com. It turns out it's the same stupid company. I placed an order on Sept 25 and paid for trackable shipping (8-11 business days). Today is Oct 27, still have not received my order and the tracking number they sent me doesn't work. When I finally got someone to answer their phone, she blamed it on UPS not scanning the package even though the package is coming USPS, not UPS. I told her that they owed me the additional amount that I paid for the trackable shipping. She said they would refund me that amount. They did not refund me that amount, they put a stupid credit in their system for that amount. Like I would ever order from them again! NOT!!!! What a crappy company! And oh btw they have access to your credit card number from your order and your bank account number and routing number. I don't trust these people for anything. I wouldn't even trust them to walk my dog across the street! Absolutely horrible!!

I placed my order Sept 28 and called on Oct 27 to inquire about this order which has not yet arrived. The customer "no" service rep went around in circles without giving me a meaningful response. They didn't even have a tracking number for my order. The tracking number on the website was invalid. They couldn't even tell me if they shipped with the USPS or UPS and said they would have a good tracking number in a few days but I should allow an additional 20 business days for the order to arrive. What a clown show. After talking with a supervisor, I still don't have solid answers. The initial reps were rude and condescending.

I've order from them before and didn't have a bad experience but this time it's a horrible experience.

I'd have to reassess ordering from them going forward.
