I had a very positive experience with this travel agency. I contacted them after seeing their Umrah package advertised and wanted to confirm the details and price before making any plans.

I spoke with Sister Iqra, who was extremely helpful, polite and patient. As this will be my first Umrah, I had lots of questions and wasn’t sure about many things, but she took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions.

I really appreciate her kindness and professionalism. I am very pleased with the information and service I received, and Insha’Allah I am planning to travel with them for my Umrah. Highly recommended! ❤️

I highly recommend Cheap Umrah Deals. Their service is exceptional! Our agent Areeba was calm, polite, and incredibly patient. She guided us throughout our journey, even during the stressful moments of flight cancellations. She was honest about the best solutions to our issues, didn't charge us extra, and remained supportive the entire time. Her quick responses to our messages made us feel cared for, and she never left us in the dark. She kept track of our flights and ensured we were on the earliest convenient flight home.

We had an amazing experience with this company for our Umrah journey. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and with great care. The team was extremely helpful, responsive, and supportive, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.

A special thank you to Areeba, who went above and beyond to assist us. She was incredibly kind, patient, and efficient, always available to answer our questions and ensure everything was perfectly organised. Her support truly made a big difference and gave us peace of mind throughout the journey.

We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and customer-focused Umrah service with outstanding staff.

Umer and Laraib!

Alhamdulillah, we had the most beautiful and stress free Umrah experience this Ramadan with Cheap Umrah Deals. Travelling with my parents made it even more special, and everything was handled so smoothly from start to finish.
Areeba, who dealt with our booking, was absolutely amazing. She was patient, helpful, and always available to answer our questions. She made the entire process simple and hassle free, which allowed us to focus completely on our prayers and faith without any stress.
The hotels were excellent, the package was very affordable, and everything was well organised. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. May Allah reward the whole team for their efforts. Highly recommend Cheap Umrah Deals to anyone planning their Umrah!

Very unprofessional people.

Will make mistakes and charge you for their silly mistakes.

They entered the wrong dates on our visa application and asked us for extra payment for her mistake.

If we did not make the extra payment at that time, we would miss our whole trip. So basically they will make mistakes and then blackmail you.

Very active before you make payment.

Once you make the payment, good luck with getting a reply from them. Had to remind and call them for every single thing.

Extremely disappointed with the service.

They entered the wrong passport expiry date on my visa application and thus I was not allowed to board the plane.

Instead of accepting her mistake she blamed the Turkish embassy for the mistake. The boarding was about to close and the only thing she was worried about was extra payment for another visa application.

They took the money and were least bothered about the service, we had to remind them of everything I.e. hotels, flights etc.

Don't ruin your experience.

Brother Haseeb Malik provided me with fantastic service for my Umrah package. Everything was exactly as he promised. I was a bit worried about the agency at first, but he reassured me,offered me lots of choices and kept me up to date with all the updates. I would highly recommend other Umrah aspirants to choose Brother Haseeb. He was always quick to respond to my messages.

We have used this company a few times now and they are very customer centric and patient with their customers. We had a complex booking visiting multiple locations however the representative from the company , Areeba paid a lot of attention and helped us through and through. Highly recommended!

The team were responsive to our requirements and provided seamless travel, transfers and accommodation booking. They were at hand when we had questions during our trip. Great price, great service mashallah

Liars and schemers, the worst travel I had in my life thanks to cheap umrah deals.
Everything they tell you is the opposite, after they take your money they will not respond to any messages and start doing what they like, they make your trip super stressful.
They stole my money I gave them for breakfast and 5 star hotel but when I arrived in Makkah, the hotel was not even 3 star and there was no breakfast included, the promised that an umrah guide will be with us but that was a lie as well and nobody was there, when we reached Madina hotel, they didn’t even booked the hotel there I had to wait for hours to get the booking done and they booked the worst hotel in Madinah for us.
Don’t waste your money with them instead find a better travel agency who is professional and don’t give you headache.
I will never trust them again and deal with them.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to the travel agency for arranging such a wonderful Umrah package. The hotel was very nice, and the transportation was excellent-especially the comfortable, spacious car for travel from Jeddah to Makka, Makkah to Madina, and Madina back to Jeddah.
Special thanks to Haseeb for being so kind and attentive, regularly calling to check if we needed any assistance. The service was truly appreciated. I look forward to organising another Umrah trip with this travel agency in the near future.
Many thanks Haseeb

We instructed this travel agent, in particularly Mehak, to arrange our Umrah and Dubai trip. At first things felt like they were moving quite slow especially because my husband had Egyptian passport (mine UK passport), but actually everything was organised and arranged in time and the trip and hotels were spot on, and visas received before flying. Mehak kept in touch with us throughout the plans and trip and even after we returned to check in with us. Really grateful for Mehak service and patience and support in making one of our dreams come true. Thank you so much.
