Cheap Fly Trip LLC stated that they were part of the Celebrity Cruise Line Company and let us bid on an upgrade which we did not receive. The invoice was $3420.00 which should have been refunded in a timely manner. It has been 1 month since we cruised. Celebrity Cruises was contacted and they stated that they do not have any affiliation with Cheap Fly Trip LLC. So we had to submit the loss to the credit card company. Beware of this group.
