Cheap Airport Parking Arvostelua 

I booked at Regal Philly Parking and when my flight was delayed by five hours and I had to cancel the reservation, they were very accommodating and gave me a full refund even though it was outside of their 24-hour cancellation policy. When I rebooked, there were no issues finalizing the reservation with the Regal Philly Parking Lot. 10/10 I would recommend them.

Worst parking ever, save your money, had reservation, upon arrival was turned away by a very rude woman, why make reservations if they are not available, had to scramble to find parking elsewhere, will never use them again nor will anyone from my company.

Really poor, I had to wait 1.5hrs for my car. As did others at 9pm at night stood in the dark cold car park. Crap service - do not use.

Rubbish had to wait 45 min for my car to arrive apparently under staffed , when it did eventually arrive it was covered in mud all on the outside and inner wheel arches and mud prints in the footwell clearly been parked in a field will never use again shocking

I've paid for parking services that included shuttle transportation
to and from the airport. Upon my arrival on August 20th, 2024, I've
called the shuttle services over half a dozen times, however, no
reply and no answer back. I was forced to take a taxi to the
parking area, costing me $35.00. I would like to be refunded these
charges and warn others that you may not have a shuttle available
to bring you from the airport

When I first dropped my car off, I met with Jorge at the desk, and he was friendly and helpful. The shuttle was there waiting for me to go the airport. It was my first time leaving my new car (Audi) at extended parking, so I was nervous about it. When I returned, I texted the number and they replied quickly. I waited around 20 minutes for the shuttle to come pick me up, which wasn't too bad. When I got to the parking lot, my car was right there in the front waiting for me. I picked up my key at the front desk and it was that easy. My car was not damaged at all, and the mileage was how I left it. I would use this company again and the price was very reasonable. Great experience overall from start to finish. Thank you!

Getting there and parking and getting a shuttle bus to airport was really good....
Coming back was different story, I made the phone at 10:56pm and they told me where to wait, good service until I didn't see shuttle until 11:42pm.... I guess you get what you pay, cheap service.... although it was $12 per day.....

Bristol Airport - Shocking across whole service do not use! Parking charge stated originally isn't what you pay, there was a £12 extra charge for the pick up & drop off which isn't communicated in the sale - for drop off I had to ring the mobile number 4 times before getting an answer from the most grumpy attendant ever - was told to drop the car at a specific place so did - this then changed when I had to chase where the guy was again ringing 2 times, you then pay for the car to be removed - while an obnoxious guy informs you of this.

On return the expectation is that you are a holiday maker so again you are instructed to ring so they have 40-45 minutes before giving them time to return the vehicle - again on exit you will be required to pay the extra charge for pick up.

Meet & Greet or drop of and collect this isn't and nor is the advertised price what you pay.

Further to that communictaion from their side is appalling the staff are arrogant & obnoxious - the car was returned in a really poor state internally & externally - I would really question whether the drivers are actually insured for this work.

Finally they send an email for feedback which doesnt work, as this service was so appalling I made sure that I did this another way as others deserve to know this is.

Any review that is above 5 stars for Bristol, I would question the origin.

Significantly overcharged me compared to what I would have owed if I dealt with the lot directly. I paid $68 for my reservation. Upon picking up my car, the lot issued me a receipt for a total of around $35 with a negative balance due. When I contacted cheapairportparking customer service about the large discrepancy and provided the receipt, they simply replied “…there is no refund due for your reservation,” without any further explanation. In essence they pocketed a nearly 50% difference.

Greatest for peace of mind

If i could give a Negative star i would. These people are a scam. They charge you, you get to the parking lot and QR code won't scan. Then you have to pay for parking TWICE! I have tried to contact them via "contact form" twice and NO RESPONSE! They don't have a phone number so I can't call. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and they didn't respond to them either.

When my return to the United States from Taiwan was delayed by one day on January 23, it was very convenient for me to change the date directly online. Besides, they help you park your car and keep your car keys for an extra $10, which saves me a lot of time.

We arrived at Bristol airport to be told we had to wait 50 minutes for our meet and greet. This is an unacceptable amount of time to wait. We have used many meet and greet services and 10 minutes is the maximum we have waited. I’m not happy and would not use this company again.

Made a reservation online last night and was NOT given any confirmation code for parking at Park EZ near the Jacksonville Airport. When I went to park my car this morning I was told NO reservation had been made even though I see a “pending “ charge of $67.02 from my Visa card. Can’t reach anyone at the 310-408-5378 either.

Parked my Suburban at ARB Parking at Newark airport. Used Cheap Airport Parking. When I picked up the car the bumper was scuffed. Asked to speak with the manager. A trailer office employee came out and dismissed my claim before even looking at the car. After I insisted with him to look at it the claimed it looked like an old scratch. This scuff was done on their lot! Terrible customer service. Will be filing a complaint with the state attorney general’s office. Stay away!

I paint for two weeks to park at a hotel. I get to the hotel and there was no parking available. This company would not refund. Beware!

I made a parking reservation through them, but at a time I was not able to print out the confirmation. They do not send confirmation emails, so the only proof is printed. When I tried to print the confirmation my credentials did not work on their site. I sent them multiple emails requesting a password reset, but they did not respond. As I have no proof of the reservaton I cancelled the reservation, but again, they did not respond. Now I'm out of $ 150.51 without a proof of reservation.

The worst experience in dealing with parking. Gate would not open and no attendant to resolve the issue. There were 3 cars behind me experiencing the same.
I finally attempted calling the phone number on your site but to my surprise it said the box is full.

Upon my return on September 19 I went through another issue as the scanner would not read the barcode. I called the number which a very nice lady showed up and tried it many times until it finally scanned the barcode.
I can only say my pleasant experience was the assistance of the young lady but everything else was Absolutely Terrible.

Fraudulent charge from cheap airport parking on my debit card. Not even sure how they got my debit card because I only used it for ATM withdrawals, never for any purchases.
