Order number 260400004.
Stole our money! Beware! My husband and I purchased a 1966 bottle of Veuve Cliquot Grande Dame and a bottle of organic red wine. These were intended for my 60th birthday. At first we were told they had been shipped with Fed Ex but did not provide us with any tracking details. After repeatedly contacting them for our order which amounted to around £474 these stopped responding. Consequently my birthday was ruined. We both work very hard for our money and this was to be a real treat for me, unfortunately we couldn’t, at that time, afford another present so I wound up getting nothing on my 60th Birthday. Please do not trust this company. It is now in the hands of our bank who have promised to refund us and recover the money. Because of this, this company may well be flagged as untrustworthy.

Fue muy fácil la compra me llegó hasta mi destino tardo un poco en aduanas y pagué impuestos 155 dlls por 8 botellas

No wine has been delivered and I have emailed twice and no response.

A large selection and good value of great wines!

Took nearly 50 days to arrive opened my package to reveal fake clothing

Good prices with fast delivery, but it was uncertain which transport company would deliver to the home address.

Everything was very professional, extremely well managed, and the product Excellent.

Super, emballage tres soigné et professionnel.
Rien à redire, parfait.

They have really nice list of wines, and correct prices.
Delivery and their packing is not enough to say good, it was just perfect.
Thanks a lot!!

Easy transaction to buy a bottle of special wine and get it shipped from France. Reasonable price and quick delivery. Not drunk the wine yet!!

An easy to navigate Website backed up by great service at reasonable prices

Great service, fast shipping in Italy, amazing bottles

I would have given 5 stars but I want someone to take care of this. Your shipping box NEARLY came apart. Luckily my shipment was fine. However, you MUST add tape around your box for long shipping. The shipping box was literally held together by about 1 inch of cardboard. I could literally reach into the box and pull-out bottles.....

Had to pay vat in Ireland and wine was seized. Terrible

Nice communication, very well packed, fast delivery, looking forward to future cooperation... My recommendation to future customers!

I’ve buying from chateau.com for ages… I trust this cellar almost blindly neither for prices nor for quality … The managing team is professional and can supply you with huge information about many wines. Excellent shop!

Will definitely use again - excellent service.
