Chase Buchanan Arvostelua

Had a really good experience all supported by Tom. He was super helpful and went out of his way to find us the home we were looking for. Thank you Tom 😃😃😃😃😃

Tom is very patient with me and is always on hand to help with advice and the best solutions for my tricky moving situation. I trust him and he has been very helpful and understanding of my complex needs for property rental. I always feel I can just run ideas past him and he gives sound advice and support.

Tom was excellent when I enquired about rentals he sent over several options and was extremely quick with responses for questions I asked him about via email.

We were going to shop around for an estate agent, but after meeting Amanda our minds were immediately made up to proceed with Chase Buchanan. We were so pleased we did and both Amanda and Chloe were lovely to deal with throughout the process. They totally delivered on the service that was promised. A consistently efficient, communicative and friendly service from start to finish. We are delighted to have bought our new home, but I might actually miss Amanda and Chloe a bit!

Alessandro Cretella has been absolutely amazing in making this transaction happen. He has been constantly in touch with both parties and our solicitors, making sure all issues are resolved as fast as possible. He is very skilled in negotiation and very professional in his demeaner. I can't recommend him enough! Also, in my opinion, Chase Buchanan St Margarets have really good properties on offer and are very skilled in advising sellers to set the right price/accept a fair offer for a fast sale.

Experts in their field, the team at Chase Buchanan used all their experience to help me gain the right buyer and price for my property whilst having a fairly complex sale environment at the same time. Including myself as the vendor being remote. Really appreciate all their patience and guidance throughout. Would fully recommend! Thanks so much guys!

I had to change estate agents as my first agents in Hampton were appalling. I came to Chase Buchanan in Hampton Hill and right from the get go Kris and Adele along with Anna were extremely professional and ensured that the whole chain came together. They were honest, reliable and went beyond to ensure that everyone was able to move.
I would highly recommend Kris and Adele who ensured that my purchase as well as my sale through them went well.

Very professional and managed to get the whole process from start to finish done in a surprisingly short period of time, almost stress free! Will definitely use Robyn and team again.

Just be careful of this office and particularly George Burman-James and the lettings team.

We complained about our neighbour back in April due to her smoking copious amounts of cannabis and the fumes seeping through the walls/floorboards of our terrace house and unsettling my partners pregnancy.

We even handed in our notice 3/4 weeks early and gave the office a spare key to come and go with viewings at convenience.

They had a potential 7+ weeks to find the correct tenant that could move in mid-august and release us early to safeguard the health of my pregnant partner, our landlord even agreed to let us leave early providing the Richmond office found a new tenant.

They jacked up the price to the house by £100 a month given increased popularity in the listing and agreed with one of the very first viewings a prospective move in date of mid-September, blackballing us into staying for the full tenancy despite giving early notice and them having ample time to help us out.

If these cowboys can prioritise profit and time before the health of pregnant women then imagine what they can do to you.

I am extremely impressed with the exceptional service provided by the team at Chase Buchanan – Hampton Hill. A heartfelt thanks to Megan, Nathan, Lorenc, Ellie, Kena, Bijou, and Sienna for their unwavering professionalism and for providing peace of mind through their exceptional service. Their swift response times and attention to detail have consistently exceeded my expectations, ensuring that every aspect of property management is handled seamlessly. The team truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly, making them a trusted partner for anyone in need of property management services. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service provided by Adele and Anna, guiding us through our purchase with helpful advice and making every effort to accommodate our requests, including many visits pre-completion. Highly recommended!

Alicia reminded us of the lease anniversary rent escalation which was great and kept kept us informed of the process , notwithstanding that the tenant has been difficult she made sure our rights were protected in terms of the lease.
She was very professional and had a good understanding of the lease . Fuad Johnson

Supper Happy about how Chase Buchanan works with their clients. From first viewing un till the end. Agent Kris is very professional and I was sure that his interest was to make everything as quick and smooth as possible. Definitely recommend this agency.

A huge thank you to Vanessa Kelmendi for her exceptional support during our home search. From day one, she has been friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful — always going the extra mile to make sure everything ran smoothly.

She was always available to answer questions, kept us updated at every step, and made the referencing process straightforward.

Although we’re still finalising the contract, we already feel so well supported. We’re truly grateful to have had her guidance — she’s a real asset to her team. Highly recommended!
