Purchased the large highland cow as it had a heat pad which I thought would help me. It comes looking nothing like on the video. It even looks like its had a stroke(face twisted) No heat pad and I don't even think its the right size. Tried to email on there service email and it keeps taking you back to the catalogue. I ordered the Highland and after a month I'm still waiting, they keep telling me it's held up at customs, then they tell me it's out of stock. They keep telling me I'll receive a tracking number within 3-5 days, that's not happened. I've now asked for a delivery confirmation date and tracking number, or a refund.

Like Jo and Dawn I purchased the highland cow that you could warm in the microwave and received a scruffy little cow. Which took a month to arrive. When I contacted their customer service this was their reply
