I have not left a review on a website before but felt i needed to following my recent charm purchase ! The whole ordering process was simple and the charms arrived the following day - beautifully wrapped with spare tissue paper and a gift bag !!

Very pleased with recent transaction. Beads came earlier than expected and were absolutely fabulous. Wife gonna be CHARMED when she opens the boxex on Christmas Morning.

I ordered two Chamilia beads that I couldn't find on other sites, and found a fantastic range of beads available. Placed order Sunday, items delivered on Tuesday, free, as order value over £60.
Items very well packaged, in genuine Chamilia boxes, wrapped in tissue and gift bag provided.
Will definitely use Charm Heaven for future purchases and highly recommend.

Ordered a bride and groom chamilia charm at 4.10pm and received it by 9.30am the next day. Would definitely use this website again.

I has been searching for a retired chamilia charm and was lucky to come across this website and found just what I was looking for. From order to delivery everything was efficient. So pleased with my item and will use this company again when I order more!!! Thank you Charm Heaven!!!

Placed initial order by phone. They set up account and had item shipped to my mother. Kept details for 6 months untill I did the same again. My Mum and girlfriend are your number 1 fans.

did what it said on the tin?? five stars

excellent service, items arrived quickly...highly recommend

This company were able to provide charms I was unable to find anywhere else; that includes shops, shop ordering systems, other web sites and even Chamilia's own site, when trying to replace sentimental charms when my daughter's braclet was stolen. They were exceptionally quick, a couple of charms came within 24 hrs. I was a little dubious about using an unknown site but I couldn't be more pleased. I have no problem with recommending Charm Heaven to everyone.

Goods arrived next day, wasn't expecting that

Perfect jewellery my wife loves the detail and style.

Really impressed with speed of dispatch ~ charm arrived next day! Also included gift box, tissue and gift bag at no extra cost including free delivery!

Beads arrived superquick. Well packaged and fabulous quality. Would definitely use again but disappointed no 3 for 2 offers at same time as some other good online retailers who stock chamilia beads.

I just wanted to say how thoroughly impressed i am with CHARM HEAVEN. I sent an enquiry email to "Hilary" who replied to me in minutes. I then made my order and within 2 days it had been deliverd. All perfectly neatly wrapped up with a gift bag to use as well. I was so impressed with the "excellent Customer Service" which at times is vary rare in this country and the speed in which my order was processed and delivered. 10 out of 10 CHARM HEAVEN i would certainly recommend you to friends an family.

Brilliant service, I ordered my charms on the Wednesday and they arrived the next day. The selection is really good, you can get items that you can't get anywhere else.

Charm Heaven is the most outstanding company that I have dealt with. The service was courteous and the shipping was very fast. They had to ship to the US and my package arrived very quickly. Thank you!!!
