CHARM HEAVEN Arvostelua

Delivery could be quicker BUT it was just before Christmas and the charm was beautifully presented and gift wrapped, well packed. Very happy customer, will buy again

An excellent service with reasonable prices, cheaper than other outlets. Very impressed with the packaging. Each charm ordered came in its own little gift box. Even Charmilia does not offer this service. Would highly recommend. This is my second order through this company. Their choice of charms far greater than can be found in the high street.

I was looking for a hockey charm for my daughter and found the one I wanted on Charm Heaven at a much lower price than other websites. I needed it quickly and was very pleased with the next day delivery service available.

quick presented well and packaged well too would definately use them again

Overall a great customer service and quick sell. Thank you.

If you want to use a company that has a large stock of charms, a company which is always competitive on price and a company which looks to deliver quickly, I'd suggest using Charm Heaven.

Other websites I have used are very hit and miss. Everything in one place, it works for me.

My first order with with company and I will shop again, During my first order unfortunately royal mail lost my items, I contacted the company and they looked into this straight away and replaced my order.
My order came in good packaging and was free from any scuffs
I am delighted with this company and my items
I would recomend them to all my family and friends A**

Charm Heaven is recommended by me in all aspects , so be reasured that you will be looked after in both price and customer service

Excellent service all round. Quick, easy and efficient. I have used them before and I will defiantly be using them again. Very competitive prices as well

Excellent choice of beads have just ordered again as I was sent a money off voucher
which is a bonus

Fantastic site, always delivers on time. Great offers. This was my second time using this site and would recommend it. Good communication. Well packaged products.

Ordered through many different suppliers of Chamilia charms-Charm Heaven were head and shoulders above the rest for price delivery and service!!! DEFINATELY would recommend and will use again....and again .... And again!

No complaints, it arrived swiftly and promptly and was nicely packaged, arriving in perfect condition!

I purchased a charm for my daughter's birthday and requested it to be sent direct to her house.(in time for her birthday). There was a pretty gift box and a gift bag included with the package. I told my daughter to open the package when it arrived. Think it would be really nice if it could have been put into the gift packaging and the invoice put in a seprate sealed envelope. Wouldn't expect any of that if it were being dispatched to purchasers home address but the mailing address was selected as different to the billing address. So would be nice if could be given the coice. Aside from that the package arrived within two days and was very pleased with the charm. She loves her bracelet and only has space for one more charm!!!

Excellent service love the interest free payments.highly recommend.

Excellent service, easy to use website, delivery within couple of days even at this busy time. Excellent choice of product and great prices - what more can I say????
