Chargeasap Arvostelua 

I’ve both backed multiple Chargeasap campaigns on Kickstarter and bought direct from them.
I’ve always found their products to be well-thought out, innovative, well-made and effective.
Prices can be a bit on the high side ~ which makes backing on Kickstarter a bonus ~ but quality is rarely cheap. Customer service can be a bit slow at times but they do still always get back to you.
I still use the first products that I backed on Kickstarter years ago and they work as well now as they did the day they were delivered.

I purchased four GAN chargers from ChargeASAP, and for about two years they worked flawlessly. The design is compact, the charging speed is excellent, and they handle multiple devices effortlessly. When these chargers work, they’re truly outstanding.

Unfortunately, after roughly two years, all four stopped working around the same time. That raised some concerns about long-term durability. For the premium price, I would have hoped for a lifespan of at least three to five years.

That said, I do appreciate the ChargeASAP customer service team — they’ve been responsive and are currently working with me to offer a discount toward the purchase of new units. While the warranty doesn’t extend beyond the first year, their willingness to help shows a genuine commitment to customers.

Overall, I still think ChargeASAP makes some of the best GAN chargers out there, but I hope future models last longer to match their excellent performance.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I have backed this company on many Kickstarter products. Until this one I have been relatively happy with my purchases. I then backed the Zues and it all changed. I got the product, and it failed after the warranty. I contacted them to see if there was anything that could be done. I was told because it was out of warranty that they could do nothing. They did, however, give me a 50% off so I purchased a second one. Because I had not had any issues with anything I purchased from them in the past. Now 6 to 7 months after purchasing this one it is now failing. The biggest problem is with the warranty/support. When I opened the ticket for the warranty, I provided them with pictures with a charge cable that had a light on it so when it saw power it would light up. I showed I the working port it lit up but in the non-working port it did not. When they responded they wanted me to provide them with a video and the type of cable as well as what was being charged. I provided the Video, and they asked for the charging cable type as well as what was being charged again. I had provided the type of cable in the first response, but I guess I had forgotten to provide the exact type of phone being charged so I sent this in the response. If you want to spend your money on something very expensive that will be a paper weight after a little over a year, then purchase from ChargeASAP. If you want something that lasts purchase elsewhere.

Item was dead on arrival. Wireless charging did not work from the day it arrived. Support acknowledged the issue and said they found a cause, asking for my 'patience.' No solutions or refunds are provided after several months of requesting. Am pursuing a credit card charge back

The answers came quickly and were accurate. Ultimately, the issue couldn't be resolved to my complete satisfaction, but the alternative offer was acceptable.
I will and would definitely continue to purchase suitable items from Chargeasap.

Wonderful Powerbank!

I have enjoyed this charger a ton, it’s a huge improvement over my old one which was also great haha. I had the first flash so I’m happy to see how far it’s come!

Nice size powerbank, I Can charge my phone and watch wireless and any other gear via it's cable, the different connections make it a breeze to charge multiple at once, and the pop-up wireless charger works good for heat, NOTE: Double tap power button to activate watch wireless charger.

I backed this company on Kickstarter for their new Flash Pro Ultra product and I gotta say I love it. Well-made and packaged well and exactly as advertised. Can’t say enough good things about this product and company.

Chargeasap kept me informed about the progress of the Kickstarter campaign in a timely manner, and delivered the promised product as ordered, as well as the add-ons, just as I specified. I’d say they exceeded my expectations, but since I’ve dealt with them several times before, this level of service has now become EXPECTED from them, so they’re doing so well that it’s almost impossible for them to exceed expectations any more.

Good quality products. The Flash pro ultra has so much functionality, I love the display so you can see exactly what power consumption is being used. The rapid charge function in/out means to recharge the powerbank from 50% takes under 20 minutes. First used on road trip to the beach, it kept 3 young children happy and their devices happy all day.

Chargeasap have great power bank that I ever use with multiple function to charge your handheld device. I been using their power bank for last 4 years and still work great. I also use their GaN Charger and it allow me to charge multiple devices with super fast charging time.

I've backed two Kickstarter projects with ChargeASAP and both have been awesome. Very high quality hardware, strong performance, and well designed. They know how to manage projects and handle the international manufacturing/logistics as well. Highly recommended.

I've bought multiple products from chargeasap including a power bank, two Zeus chargers and magnetic cables. The power bank dies really quickly, the magnetic cables are poorly thought out and disconnect easily and the detachable end gets stuck in devices so i don't use them at all, the zeus chargers both have some faulty outputs and one has the adaptor plug come apart. Customer service try to get out of their legal international obligations by quoting their policies which DO NOT prevent them from being liable under the law within the country which they sell their products (UK for me). They also try to charge for warranty replacements and are generally just selling poor products that look nice. I'd suggest looking elsewhere for better more affordable and reliable products.

If I could give a 0 I would. Over $2000 down the drain.
I purchased a 3 in 1 foldable charging station. It took 3 weeks for shipping when I was told 5-10 days.
My devices started having the strangest glitches. Screens suddenly shutting off, noise cancellation and bluetooth stopped working in my airpods, devices would get super hot and shut off due to overheating while charging. The internal hardware on my less than 3 year old devices were completely fried. Batteries wont stay charged for more than an hour. I can't believe this has happened. I thought this was an apple backed product. Turns out it is a SCAM. Stay the heck away from this company. They want me to pay for shipping of the charger back to them and pay for shipping for a replacement. I WILL NEVER USE THAT THING AGAIN. The charger itself was $72, they want $14 more for shipping to get another piece of junk? No refund of any kind? Absolutely not. Stay Away From This "Company." IT IS A SCAM!!!!!

The product finally arrived after weeks of waiting. It didn’t work, so I reached out to customer service. They asked me to send countless videos demonstrating the defect. Day after day another request for more videos. Finally, they said they could see the defects and would come back to me with a solution. And then they suddenly started to ghost me. No responses of any kind. For days. In the end, I have a device that never worked - and they have decided to simply steal my money and ignore me. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company. They do not stand behind their products and will happily steal your payments. Pure fraud.

Non-delivery, no commitment to refund

After 1 year of use 2 ports stopped working, I don’t recommend buying anything from ChargeASAP, it’s cheap quality and short warranty, do yourself a favor and avoid this brand

I bought my first charger, the Zeus, during the Kickstarter campaign. Now I wanted to buy my second one. The charger would have been two years old in a few days, and now it's broken. There's no warranty, so I'm canceling now. $200, and it's broken after two years, is too risky for me. I can get a cheaper device with a two-year warranty on Amazon. Product safety is also an issue. If I pull the charger's specific adapter out of the charger, I can connect my fingers directly to the power outlet. Unfortunately, it's not well thought out.

really badly made products, would not recommend to buy to anybody.

both were out of 1 year replacement warranty so just lost my money.
