There are a lot of words to describe the powerbanks - minimal, reliable, quick, handy. However, I think the most accurate word to describe them is durable. I'm quite a klutz when it comes to my personal belongings and I admit that I dropped these a few times. If it were other powerbanks, I bet they would have been broken by now. But these ones barely have a scratch on them. They are working perfectly fine still

You really won't run out of items to choose from. I have several gadgets and unfortunately, not all of them have the same ports. I was able to find cables for USB 2A, USB C, Lighting, and even micro USB. Very impressed with the variety being offered

The customer support was very helpful. I was looking for a bulk order of cables and chargers, and they were able to give e all the details that I needed to know in a very timely manner

Infinity cable stopped charging after 6 months and no wear or tear. No response from customer service.

I really like how well built the fast chargers are. They feel sturdy but more importantly, they charge your devices extremely fast. The one I just bought from here has to be the best one I've ever owned.

Ordered a charger and cable for my mac laptop , it’s usbc , after 9 months of waiting I got the charger plugged it in and went to charge my laptop . The cord was worthless it had no plug on the other side ! When I contacted the company , they said some people “ the dumb ones” didn’t realizes no tips were included ? I know how to read and they never said this just lit they said the charger would be shipped in a month not nine ! Anyway now I have a 89 dollar charger that doesn’t plug into anything unless I give them another 20 bucks ? Stay away from them

Bought a charger from them came with a perk of a free charger cord . When it arrived one end was USB -C the other was a useless magnet ? When ask about why they sent a worthless cord they said it was my fault for not knowing it needed a tip for 15 bucks plus 9 shipping ? What a loser company that tricks it customers with thing that do though and go into landfill, good job more garbage for landfills Chargeasap , I should have know I needed more parts is what customer service said

I can say from experience that the chargers here are really high quality. I've already bought a couple from here and they have already outlasted some of my OEM chargers. This being so even if I use the OEM chargers less.

Never arrived. They claim it did but the courier company doesn't recognise the shipping number.

Unlucky or victim of a con? I don't know but Chargeasap aren't taking any responsibility nor communicating with me, so either way a %&$@ company

I placed an order for an Infinity combo (USB C to USB C) and cancelled within an hour, yet ChargeASAP could not/would not honor my cancellation. I let the order go through, but when a 1.5 ounce package costing $9 shipping arrived, I was disgusted. As others have noted Customer Service at ChargeASAP is non-existent. SHAME!

Response to reply from Chargeasap: Of course, instead of offering to reverse the charge and send a label to return the cable, they just say it couldn’t be helped. Even though they acknowledge a stop ship was same day. No one completes shipping that quickly. There is no reason they could not have halted shipment and reversed they charge. Poor customer service, for sure.

I finally received my flash 2.0. After far too long. It is frankly useless. Slower than an Anker. Do not buy

After about 6 month of using led indicator on the magnetic cable is on but my laptop and iPad don’t want to charge. With Apple cable everything okay. I sent an email to support and they ask to create a video how I charge at least 2 devices with their cable and other cable. I sent the video but than they ask to create another video with other their cable that I bought and give to my friends. I think such tests can last very long. It's terrible approach. Also I bought their power bank
that assemble quite bad with sharp edges. I don't advise such products

I have a considerable investment in Chargeasap cables, particularly X-Connect and UNO. I recently bought an iPad and discovered the Lightning tips originally supplied for iOS connections did not fit the iPad. It took many emails back and forth with their so-called Customer Happiness team before I eventually solved the problem for myself. "Customer Happiness" first requested videos of the problem (dumb request), then suggested FORCING the tip into the iPad, and then lied to me about the availability of UPGRADED Lightning tips. I had to purchase a new cable to receive an upgraded tip that fit the iPad, and "Customer Happiness" STILL maintains the old tip is the upgraded tip. Chargeasap cables work reasonably well, but if you ever have a problem, you can forget any chance of help from their support organization. I am in the process of converting my cable inventory to a much more dependable and cooperative vendor. P.S. I am still waiting for an answer on the status of an order I placed two weeks ago for replacement tips - the fact that they ship from China makes for some horrible wait times.

It has been hard to find a charging bank for my laptop that doesn't weigh as much as a brick. Flash definitely fit what I was looking for in terms of portability and ease of use

The magnets really are mesmorizing! It's obviously useful, but the awesome click you feel when you attach it to a device is very satisfying

I purchased the Magnetic Adapter Set: X-Connect because it was advertised as: "Tripping over and breaking your laptop is a thing of the past, with our Magsafe connector bringing back the Macbook snag-free feature." The magnet just wasn't as strong as I was hoping - if you moved your laptop a hair, it would disconnect (I wish I could attach a video here). I'm so bummed, because Chargeasap's adapter is by far my favorite on the market, design-wise!

I reached out to Customer Service to let them know that I loved the product design, but that it just wasn't working as I had expected, and that I'd like to initiate a return. I first tried to reach them via the phone number listed on the site. The recorded message said that they cannot be reached by phone and that email was the only way to communicate with them. Thirteen days after I emailed them, l hadn't received a response. I followed up, thinking my email just must've accidentally been missed (it would turn out that waiting days for a response is just their normal customer service practice). I received my first response from them the next day, asking me to perform several tasks before they'd proceed with my request - see their response below:

"In order for me to proceed with your request, I need additional information from you:
- A video of the issue you are experiencing so we can make an assessment
- Specific model of your devices that you are trying to charge (e.g.: iPhone XS Max, 2020 iPad Pro 12.9", 2019 MacBook Pro 13", etc.)
- Please also indicate the brand and model of the cable and charger being used to charge your device

Majority of our customers have found they were able to resolve the issue by completing the following steps:

Make sure the tip has been inserted all the way into the port of your device

Carefully clean the port of your device with a toothpick or a can of compressed air. Also ensure the tip and prongs in the cable head are clean by using rubbing alcohol or something similar

If those steps don’t work please perform an isolation test where you test the faulty tip/cable with a non-faulty one to find where it faults. Also please test the tip/cable with other devices in case it is your device that’s faulty."

I just wanted to return the product. It was a hassle to provide this information, but I responded as requested, hoping it would help provide context to my feedback and improve the future design of the product. Three days later, they responded, letting me know that the "X-Connect range is mainly used for phones, tablets and any other small gadgets," and "apologizing if that wasn't made clear". They let me know that I was welcome to send the product back for a refund, but they do not cover the cost of shipping. The shipping address they provided was in China, even though their phone number is a Mississippi area code, and the address listed on the bottom of the emails they sent me listed a Delaware address. After researching my shipping options, it was clear that shipping the product back to them in China would cost 3x more ($100) than what I paid for it ($30).

I emailed them thanking them for letting me know that the product wasn't meant for laptops, and that I wasn't willing to pay 3x more to ship the product back to them, for a product that was purchased under false pretenses. I asked them to elevate the matter to their supervisor, and that they send me a return label in a timely manner (I originally emailed them on Jan. 7th, and after waiting days and weeks for their responses on a return that should be a relatively easy hassle-free process, it was now Jan. 21st). Again, I would wait another 3 days for a response - see below.

"We would like to respectfully deny any false advertisements in our website. To clarify, while X-Connect was designed as a mobile charging accessory, we wish to advise that it will still work with laptops. However, the power delivery it can support is not at par with regular laptop charging cables as it is only designed to charge mobile devices.

Our X-Connect Magnetic Adapter Set also supports 2-way full speed USB 2.0 data transfer at 480 Mbps between any USB devices, which is mostly the function of connecting a mobile phone to a laptop. This is the reason why its use in laptops have been mentioned in our site."

They issued a refund, minus the original shipping fee. Based on them "respectfully denying any false advertisements" on their site, I have my doubts. I'd attach a video and screenshot of the product description here if that was an option. I tried to leave a review of the product on Chargeasap's site - they control which reviews get posted (looks to me so far, that they have't posted a single negative review of that product...). I'll never buy another product without looking at the reviews on Trust Pilot again!

I purchased two infinity cable: magnetic charge/sync cables and after a few uses on two MacBook Pro computers, they fried the mother boards, which had to be replaced. Stay away from these magnetic charge/sync cables.

They have contacted me and have been sincer to resolve the issue.

They have a great customer service rep and I feel she will help resolve.

I was promised 6 months ago in June that my unit would be despatched, December 21 and I am still waiting.

Customer Service are in touch but they take exactly one week to answer each email. I have had weekly emails from them since the beginning of October. They ask crazy questions the go quiet for a week. Very odd - AVOID

Avoid like the plague. I backed their Indiegogo campaign for the Flash 2.0 charger. I received the device and its clearly faulty. Inconsistent charging and performance all the time. I contacted support and they wanted me to record video proving it's faulty. I sent one video and they demanded more. I explained I don't have time to keep recording videos and was happy to send the device back for replacement or refund. They told me they do not offer refunds and will only provide a replacement if I prove it with a bunch of videos. After seeing the reviews on here, they clearly know they have dodgy products and use this as a way to stop people from claiming replacements or refunds. Dodgy company, do not buy.
