ChapterOne Properties Arvostelua

From beginning to end Maria was focused, polite and extremely hard working. She managed the sale of my house with supreme confidence and was calm and determined in every aspect of the sale of my house.

We had a great experience selling our holiday home abroad through Chapter One. From our first contact and online meeting, Jack was knowledgeable and helpful. He was transparent about the terms and conditions, and provided realistic advice on both pricing and the likely timescale for a sale. The knowledge the team at Chapter One had of the local market helped us set an asking price that attracted strong interest while still achieving the value we wanted.
They generated plenty of viewings and secured an offer quickly at a price we were very happy with. Throughout the process, Jack struck the perfect balance between keeping in touch and being available for support, without constantly chasing us for updates or adding unnecessary pressure.
Chapter One is professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from start to finish. There is little to choose in fees between local estate agents so our advice would be to go with the one who gives you the best service. We would have no hesitation in recommending Chapter One to anyone looking to sell their property.

We had a great experience working with this agency. Maria Bayiroglou was highly professional, attentive, and always responsive to any questions we had, no matter the time. Communication was fast and clear throughout the entire process.

She consistently demonstrated a strong willingness to help and a high level of customer focus. Her dedication, reliability, and proactive approach made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. She was also very friendly and supportive, which we truly appreciated.

We felt we could fully trust her at every step. Highly recommended!

Buying a property can be overwhelming, but working with ChapterOne Properties made the entire journey genuinely enjoyable. From the very first conversation, their team showed unmatched professionalism, deep market knowledge, and a sincere commitment to helping me find the perfect home.

A special shout-out to Jack, who was absolutely outstanding! He listened carefully to everything I was looking for, provided expert guidance at every step, and made sure I always felt supported and informed. Jack’s communication was flawless, and his attention to detail is what ultimately helped me secure the property that truly felt “meant to be.”

His friendly approach, patience, and dedication went far beyond what I expected from a real estate agent. Jack didn’t just help me find a property — he helped me find a place I’m excited to call home.

If you’re searching for a trustworthy, proactive, and genuinely caring real estate team, look no further than ChapterOne Properties — and definitely ask for Jack! Highly recommended!

Jack helped me find the right property in Paphos. Very professional, very helpful and creative in getting a solution with the seller! Being an excellent advisor with laywer troubles and always be reachable and patient, when there were items to discuss. Perfect service, thank you, Jack!

Cooperation with this real estate agency was really really great, giving my previous experience with local agents (who didn’t reply to my requests even have been chasing for many times). After calling to ChaperOne, real estate manager was appointed to me in 30(!) minutes, I shared the references I was interested in. Next day the reviews took place. Whole process was run smoothly. And finally we’ve got the property we want. Many thanks to our manager Despina, her work definitely was above expectations!

Exceptional service from Mrs. Despina!! Highly recommend her.

We had an excellent experience working with Jack, the manager, on our recent transaction. He quickly found an apartment that matched our needs perfectly and guided us through every step of the process with professionalism and care. Even after the deal was closed, Jack continued to check in and make sure we had everything we needed. He’s genuinely kind, reliable, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended

Jack is one of the best in Cyprus, very relaxed and professional work! Appointments are offered extremely fast ours is extremely helpful! Really a very very good recommendation.

Working with Jack to find the perfect property in the Paphos area has been a joy. Working through the criteria that we provided, he soon presented us with great options. Leveraging his contacts - including for legal services - has made associated transactions move along smoothly and rapidly. His customer service is excellent and his love of details (so very important when buying virtually and off plan) very much aligned with mine. Be it the need for plans, elevations, photos, videos and much more - nothing was too much trouble. And also so quick to respond. Highly recommended!

My experience with selling my property via Jack Bilton and ChapterOne was outstanding. Jack and his associates dealt with the entire selling process in a friendly, sincere and professional manner. For those of you seeking a real estate agency, I highly recommend Jack and his team at ChapterOne.

We give our very best recommandation to Jack and his team. Looking for a property outside your own country can be worrysome and Jack showed great professionalism and care dealing with our questions and concerns. He is always available, answers quickly and shows a good understanding of our preferences in the properties he suggests. Jack is the person to contact if you search for a property in Cyprus.

I cannot recommend Chapter One (in particular, Jack Bilton) highly enough. We set up an appointment in October 2024 with Jack to view a number of new-build plots and potential plots in Paphos.
On arrival, we were promptly contacted by Jack, who collected us from our hotel to visit the various sites while giving us insightful history lessons, advice on various neighbourhoods, and introducing us to the developers. We were also very impressed as Jack is English and speaks fluent Greek, so he was able to break down barriers very quickly. Jack took several days out of his already busy schedule to take care of us and get to know our specific requirements. Even when we found property on line, Jack was there at the end of a text or phone call to provide sound and no nonsense advice.
Although we did not purchase a property at that time, we have made some fantastic contacts and are keeping in touch for future plans.
All in all, a very professional and personal service and we would not hesitate to use them again.
Thank you Jack and Chapter One.

Top! Everything went perfect and they were honest about everything. Can not Recommend them enaught!

Best home buying experience, Ever! And I’m 68 so have bought several homes in my life.

Jack was professional, efficient and punctual. Having only spent 4 hours in Limassol prior to this trip to buy a home, I was certainly a challenge having little to no information of neighborhoods or areas. Jack’s team back at the office, was working as many hours as Jack, researching, calling developers, etc. because of the time pressure imposed by my short stay. On top of all that, Jack contended with the daily text intrusions by my family telling us where to go and what to look at with patience and grace. As I began to think this was not going to happen because I didn’t allow enough time, Jack found me the perfect home, and I do mean perfect. The location, the size, everything I wanted and more! He negotiated a great price with the developer and I could not be more pleased!

And that’s not the end of the story. Jack knows and is highly regarded by the banker and lawyer in Cyprus I worked with. Since returning to the US, he checks in with me regularly to make sure all is on track and he has reached out to them or to the developer to resolve my question or concern. The experience could not be better. It is my first time buying a home in another country with all its requirements, paperwork, etc.

I referred Jack to my niece and nephew-in-law and they may have been an even greater challenge since they started in Paphos, then decided Limassol, but ultimately bought a home outside of Paphos. They, too, were pleased.

I have saved the best till last though: it was a blast! Despite all the pressure and my ignorance, Jack had me continually laughing. It took the pressure off and made what can be a laborious task, so much fun. Best. Agent. Ever!

I've purchased a property from Jack.
During the entire purchasing process, he and his office were available all the time, gave me great tips, very professional, pleasant, know the market and market trends, tailor made a great deal to my needs, very honest.
I am very happy with the my purchase, and I'm still using their services.
Highly recommend!

Jack & the Team at Chapter One Properties go that extra mile to make it feel like your dealing with a close friend or family member that just happens to be selling your home.
My wife & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Quick response....and very good feedback.
