I haven’t received my tickets
I haven’t received my tickets. When I fill out the online form, I get a 403 Error and my request isn’t sent. When I call the Italian number, the voicemail says there are too many messages and it’s not possible to leave one. You claim to offer 24/7 service in many countries, but the service is non-existent. Contact me regarding the tickets or I will take legal action.

Belgian Rails - One big scam!
Though it is the first result when you do a search for "NMBS Tickets", the site belgianrails should be avoided at all costs. I paid by credit card abroad 25.26 US$ for a 30-kilometer train ride, which I thought was way too much, but when I received the ticket, the official price there was listed as 14 Euro!
belgianrails claims to have a Google rating of 4.8 Stars based on 11000+ Reviews, but that must for sure be another one of their lies!! Definitely not to be trusted organisation

Belgianrails.com is an authorized reseller of train tickets, and at no point do we hide our identity or pretend to be the NMBS/SNCB official site. Our pricing is fully transparent: the base fare plus a clearly displayed service fee, which covers multilingual booking, international payment handling, and 24/7 customer support.
You were not overcharged—you were charged the correct base price plus a service fee you agreed to before payment. Calling this a "scam" is both incorrect and defamatory.
Regarding the review rating you mentioned: our platforms are rated by real users across various domains, and we never fabricate ratings. If you’re unsure where you booked, we invite you to verify it, as it's also possible you’re confusing us with another service.
