CHAPTER2 Bikes Arvostelua 91

After doing some research on the Chapter2 brand, I bought a RERE. Once I recieved the frame I assembled with components that I had and the next day went for a three hour ride. This, by far, had been the best bike i had ever ridden. Prior to the RERE I was riding a Dogma F10 and immediately sold it. I cannot say enough about this brand. Everything they do is 100%. If you haven't tried one get to your LBS and get on one!

The Chapter 2 Rere I bought from Tandem Co is the most enjoyable road/aero bike I’ve ever ridden. The Rere is fast, agile and yet compliant on all the roads around Brisbane.
I thoroughly recommend considering the Chapter 2’s as they not only produce amazing looking bicycles, they also produce comfortable race bicycles.
I contacted Mike with a question recently and he not only responded the same evening but he was able to direct me the right way with my query. Not sure many owners of international businesses these days spend time answering questions from customers. Very impressive.

I had been following Mike’s “Chapter 1” adventure since he was producing bike under the NeilPryde brand.
Loving the ride quality and the design back then.

With him moving on to his “Chapter2”, I was intrigued in what he was working on.

When the Tere was introduced, after reading about the overall design philosophy of the model, I reckon it would be a rather suitable machine to take on Tour of Friendship multi-stage race in Thailand.

Three of us completed the race, with Mike won a stage on his new Tere.
Along the 5 stages, I have noticed the ride quality of the Tere is particularly balanced.
I can sprint with the pack during the swift stages, while climbed with ease on the Queen’s stage.

When Rere was initially introduced, I was skeptical in moving on from my Tere, hanging on to my factory custom painted frame and racing along Hong Kong’s racing circuit.
However, my love of all things Aero drove me over to pick up the Rere.
Boy, was I wrong in holding out for this long…….
The frame cuts through the air like a knife, and once again, Mike did not sacrifice ride quality, while I was able to climb the local Hong Kong peaks without feeling being drag behind with the typical notion of aero frame.

Recently completed the local cycling championship in both ITT and Road race disciplines (after a few years of absence due to pandemics), I can honestly say I am loving the experience Rere offers.

Can’t wait when I can to take my Rere to roam around the world, race in the upcoming World Master Championship, and rolling on the Vuelta race course, completing my 3 major grand tour experience.

Looking forward to seeing Mike putting up his next creation.

After owning 2 models from Chapter2 (Rere/Tere), I can't imagine myself purchasing a bike from the mainstream brands. These framesets are truly for the enthusiast who wants say in every part of their build. Not only do these bikes stand out from the crowd, they thrive when in the saddle. What's even better is that I can count on Mike Pryde himself getting back to me promptly whenever I have a question or concern.

I’ve owned two bikes at a time for a decade because I like to vary my riding experience. Here’s my ultimate praise for my Chapter2 Rere: I’m selling my other bike and am going to ride the Rere exclusively. Chapter2 answered the questions I had before buying the bike and then delivered on time an outstanding frame that I built up to a very enjoyable full bike.

My Chapter2 RERE has been offering me great experiences and satisfactory in anytime. That’s because it easily takes me anywhere no matter how far or steep my destinations are. Furthermore, a design of the my RERE, Green Aqua, is 100% in my favor. No one must be superior to this design.
