Great service and product - highly recommend using ChampagneOneLtd

I placed an order for six bottles of boxed Moet in June. A month later I hadn't received anything or heard from Champagne One as to why there was a delay. I finally found out that they were struggling to get hold of the boxes. I decided to continue waiting but yet another month went by with no delivery or updates. After further chasing it was suggested I chose an alternative champagne which they did have in stock. This was over a month ago and once again I have received no delivery and communication has been shocking. I have now asked for a full refund but once again no-one is responding to my emails. A complete catalogue of disasters and completely non existent customer service.

Wow ....got a bottle of wine we had at a hotel but couldn't buy in the shops .Excellent service ,very quick delivery and packaged really well .Will be ordering again very soon ....Thank-you

Item out of stock-offered alternative or refund. Refund excepted-issued.

Was disappointed with this company. I wanted a specific Champagne which their website showed was in stock. I paid for next day delivery but nothing arrived for 3 days. I tried to call them but all their phone numbers were out of order which immediately panics you. Eventually they did email me to say they were out of stock and would I wait 1-2 weeks for them. This was too late for me so they refunded me the goods and the delivery payment. If the phone numbers had worked and I didn’t have to spend time chasing them and then my credit card company I may have given a higher score as they did do a full refund.

My order arrived ,packed in box well but not next day it was 4th day after ordering.
I had issue contacting this company as phone numbers don't work, response to emails was slow and I didn't receive any updates from company or courier about my order, it cause me concerns.
These problems are easy for them to fix.

Looks great not for me bought as a present

Shorted a problem out asap thru no fault of their own thank-you. Definitely will order again brilliant service 👍💙

Quick delivery and good service

Sourced some hard to find products for me and delivered in good time for my special event. Great communication from Ryan. Would definitely buy again from this company and would highly recommend. Thank you :)

I tried everywhere to but Duval Leroy champagne, and eventually found it with you. I was delighted. Having bought it in haste and excitement I mistakenly bought two 37.5 cl bottles instead of 75! Still delicious though, but frustrated at my mistake..😏

Everything was perfect.
Order arrived as expected.
No problems at all.
Completely satisfied
Will definitely use this accompany again
Many thanks

Was worried when the phone number didn't work, but responded to my email straight away and the product arrived in good order and time frame.

Good apart from when I searched the internet for Veroni Amaretto SILK it came up with this site and the picture showed the word SILK on the bottom under Amaretto. I wanted for a 12th anniversary present. When it arrived it said cream on it not silk. Alternative item was bought else where. Nothing major just a minor detail. I’ve kept it myself and I’m sure it will be lovely. Delivery was ok ordered 28th and arrived 4pm on the 1st. Unfortunately we went away 3pm that day and it was redelivered the Monday pm.
