Great selection of wines, safely packaged and delivered promptly. Brilliant - thank you *****

Updated review:I purchased a bottle of champagne (Charles Heidsieck Rose Millesime 2008 In Gift Box) on 29 September, paid for expedited delivery. The wine was out of stock this was not disclosed until i enquired further. A refund was offered but 3 weeks passed with no further communication. After this review was posted a refund was recieved. To their credit they followed up regularly to check this had processed correctly but this took a month to resolve. Without the review im left to wonder if or when the team would have responded.

TLDR: Very slow communication, out of stock items not refreshed on website. Eventual refund over a month later.

First class experience. Communication was good and the order was extremely well packaged. Delivery was quick. This was my first order with ChampagneOne Ltd but I will certainly be using them again nd would recommend.

Great experience from start to finish, easy to order, quick delivery, very well packaged, would recommend,I will be ordering again.

Excellent service, can't fault them.

Excellent choice of champagnes. Swift and efficient service and delivery. Good pricing. Easy to order.

Super service, professional

I can’t leave no stars otherwise I would. We tried to purchase a bottle of 2008 champagne late June early July having paid for the item and not receiving it. I eventually managed to contact them which was very hard work only to be told the item I had actually ordered was out of stock both times. I am now almost a month later. I’m still not received a full refund. Trying to contact them and get an answer on the phone is like trying to find a Cheshire cat.

good quick service. thank you.

Great price speedy delivery and smooth transzction

This company its a scam… DONT BUY! SCAM SCAM

Two very nice Champagnes, well wrapped and delivered in good time.

Great service delivered on time

Placed an order totalling over £500 two months ago. No sign of the stock. Sporadic emails telling me they will have it soon and I reply to everyone asking for my money back.

We now have a chargeback open with the bank as I cannot seem to get a refund from them.

Frauds and thieves

Excellent price matched with great service

There seems to be an issue with advertising stock when there isn’t which can lead to disappointment. That said I eventually did get a refund. Hopefully next order will be more successful.

Extremely poor customer service. No communication to tell me that my order isn’t in stock, despite it saying that is in stock on their website and would be delivered within 4 days. When it didn’t arrive I had to chase, which took multiple emails and phone calls, only to be told that it’s out of stock and won’t be delivered in time for the party it is needed for. I am now in a position where I have no way of sourcing it in time. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
