The Chair Clinic Ltd Arvostelua

Excellent service, postage reasons and came through quickly

I sent an email enquiry and received helpful, accurate advice. I then placed my order, and the product arrived within a couple of days. This was my second purchase from The Chair Clinic, and I would happily recommend them.

You contacted me to make sure that my order was correct.
Your price was excellent and delivery prompt.

Product was ordered and delivered quickly and phone assistance was excellent.

First delivery by DPD the parcel was damaged and goods missing. However was really impressed by how my phone call to the company was handled and a replacement item delivered in 24 hours.

Useful and informative webchat pointed me at the right product which was quickly delivered.

Prompt and efficient. Friendly

The Customer Service Rep worked with me as I wasn't sure what seat I needed. He sent me pictures to help me pick the correct one.
I was able to track my order too.
It was great that I was able to purchase just the seat rather than ordering a brand new chair (the rest of the chair is still in good condition) which saved my employer money as help as helping the environment.

Seemed to be the only place with the chair part I needed and supplied an extra screw I requested, delivery was fast and item was well packed, thank you

Quick efficient service all round, thank you

Great customer support via email. Very responsive. Sent pics of old part I wanted to replace and they verified that I was ordering the correct replacement. Saved me having to buy a whole new chair. Would definitely use them again.

I was lost, so many choices, how the hell was I going to work out what was the right part? My chair was giving me random sinking feeling and constantly needed adjustment, trying to get the budget to replace it wasn't flying. Found the chair clinic, watched the handy videos. realised this is something I can do. quick delivery to the office, 10mins later my chairs like new!

Great and friendly advice. Items arrived quickly and were perfect for the job.

Easy to order, fast and on time delivery. A very good product which solved my chair problem.

Absolutely brilliant. Advice on how to get my broken base off and then ordered a replacement. Came within 24hours and fits a treat. Can’t recommend enough. Thank you The Chair Clinic

Absolutely brilliant company to deal with. Even for my small purchase of a set of castors Adrian was incredibly helpful. He responded to my questions very quickly each time and gave clear guidance including directing me to a relevant video and guide. My order was dispatched incredibly quickly and everything was perfect, including the price and quality. Thanks.

Small order but good service. Was looking for a retaining clip for a chair gas lift cylinder. This was the best price by far. Delivery with simple logistics, order acknowledgement and dispatch notification. Good enough if the part arrives in a reasonable time frame - next day in this case, so credit where due.

Website easy to navigate with all the product info I wanted (not all websites had that), dispatched and delivered very quickly and I was kept up-to-date at each stage of the process. Product is excellent quality and very clear instructions how to swap the arm rests over

Very helpful despite me making a faff by ordering wrong size. Excellent communication has enabled me to get the problem sorted and unused items returned for refund.

Needed a new gas lift for my chair (a complete unknown world for me) but The Chair Clinic came to the rescue. Helped me identify my chair and which part I needed with a few options.

Chair part came next day and the tools I hired were super easy to use and easy to return.

Staff were super helpful and very happy that my chair is now fixed.
