The Chair Clinic Ltd Arvostelua

The experience was very good start to finish with the ordering and delivery. Thank you very much for a prompt service and I changed the old arms for the new ones in minutes

Sent photos of broken chair/gas lift, got advice on which replacement part to order, fast delivery, new gas lift installed and fit for purpose, happy!!

Great comms and speedy delivery

Excellent quality service from a business I’ve never used before. Responsive online chat with staff member Harry going above and beyond to help me. Restores your faith in retail

The product is exactly what I needed.
Great condition, easy to purchase & fast delivery.
Can't fault it!
Would buy from this company again in the future.

utterly brilliant - ordered day 1 arrived day 2, fitted in couple of mins for new arm rest. great service, second time I have used ]

We bought a reproduction wooden office chair which was on castors. The castors regularly fell out and as the chair was on a fitted carpet, they might not have been the best choice. However Chairclinic had a pack of 5 gliders, which were quickly fitted once I obtained an 11mm drill. The chair is now stable and glides over the carpet. Excellent service from Rebecca, who promptly answered my queries.

Really helpful staff, fast delivery, clear instructions. Would recommend.

The website was easy to use and pricing was clear. I talked to someone on line who was knowledgeable and provided me with all the information I required to make a purchase. The order arrived on time and is very good quality and excellent value. I would definitely use The Chair Clinic again.

Excellent and efficient service. Communication and shipping were outstanding.

Helped me to identify chair model and provided link to correct pat(s). Prompt delivery.

Just the right gas lift for my chair and arrived in very good time. Many thanks.

Called for advise to ensure that I ordered the correct part.

Excellent replacement product. good delivery time

I ordered on Thursday and missed the deadline for next-day delivery, so expected to have to wait until Monday, but it arrived on Saturday. The quality seems good, and because the strut is a couple of inches longer than my broken one, my seat is at last at a comfortable height.

Very helpful guy on online chat who helped us source the right gas strut for our chairs.
Order processed quickly and goods despatched promptly and received within a couple of days.

You have to ask for a VAT invoice to be sent separately if you're VAT registered.

Super fast delivery, ordered for both home and work, two chairs fixed saving £450. Tool and procedure for removing the cylinder worked perfectly!!

I'm looking for fabric to recover the seat of my (home) office chair. Looking at manufacturers online proved bewildering, and probably very expensive (ie more than a new chair). When I found the Chair Clinic website, all that changed - a good selection, some helpful hints and the offer to send samples, which I used. The samples arrived very quickly, and were exactly as requested, and sent free of charge! I haven't yet decided which I will order, but the order will definitely be with the Chair Clinic. The prices are good, minimum quantities just right for a single chair, and delivery charges reasonable.

Excellent service, ordered new parts which arrived within 24 hours
