My order went in on the 29th July 2026…
My order went in on the 29th July 2026 , supposed to take 2-3 days, now the 6th August 2026, no delivery. Seemingly coming later today. Was supposed to come on the 5th, I waiting in all day, had a workman here to help me to lay the stones. Nothing, seemingly the delivery vehicle broke down. No one phoned me to tell me, I had to phone Chadwick’s but I still had to pay the lad I employed and it took hours for you to tell me the problem. I have used Chadwick’s many times before & found everything professional & totally reliable so I am very disappointed.

Delivery was good value and very quick
Delivery was good value and very quick, it arrived with An Post the following day. Unfortunately they didn’t have in the colour I ordered. I was given a call to explain that after ordering it. The product itself is quite flimsy and I probably would not have purchased if I had seen it in the shop. The photos on the website really flatter it. That said, it still represented good value for money.

Very disappointing experience trying to order outdoor dining set!
Ordered an outdoor dining set, said when ordering it would be delivered in 2-3days, got email soon after saying it would be possibly 3-5 and maybe more as was in Dublin depot. Eventually 2 weeks later got email saying they had to cancel order as no full sets available in Dublin depot, so very disappointing experience!

Unprofessional behaviour
Received a text message that my order was out for delivery in the morning. After 3 hours, received a text that order was delivered. However, I never received my order and rang the store to inquire as to where this was supposedly delivered! I was informed that the drivers delivered the order at the wrong address and they never checked the full address (god knows how they made that mistake!). Got told that it will be delivered the next day. The following day, I called just to make sure that I will be getting my order and they tell the driver the right address. Over the phone, the store told me that my order was on the way and that they have never sent me a text that it was delivered yesterday or an email. I told them that I was on the phone to them yesterday and it was confirmed that it was out for delivery and got delivered at the wrong address. But this new person was insisting that I was told the wrong information and tried to gaslight me into believing that I didnt have an email nor a text confirming they messed up yesterday. No apologies or owning up to their mistake. Appalling and sickening behaviour!
